"People sometimes mention friendly hosts but this time it's really a great host, not just friendly. Just a few examples: 1. Our "agency" which used booking for us didn't bother to send us his phone number, and we arrived late, but Nzar waited for us there. 2. There's a kitchen, and everything there is included in the stay, so we could make a supper for ourselves instead of eating what snacks we took in the lounges for the flight and beyond. 3. We had to leave early in the morning, but he gave us a lift at 7:30 in his car - i mean, 7:30! Getting up this early is a nightmare and he did it for random guests. The place itself is... well, it's typical Israel so don't expect much, but at least the most critical things - bedsheets, towels (unlimited btw!) were clean so that's what matters. Also, the building is old, so 6 meter high ceilings are a plus. Just make sure to get a special pair of slippers for the shower. BTW, no mold (!). As for the balcony... yeah. Well. I could live on it. What a view"

"If I could give this hotel zero stars, I would. This is an appalling place that no guest should have to endure. From the moment I checked in, issues began: • Dirty, stained bed linen and a mattress protector with brown stains that appeared to be bodily fluids. • Toilet with visible poo stains. • Dirty floors. • Poorly managed car park, with workers regularly blocking guests’ cars. The hotel claims to offer 24-hour reception, but this is false—I was locked outside multiple times with no answer from reception, despite assurances they would always be available. The situation worsened the day before I left, when I returned to my cleaned room and discovered a dirty coffee cup in my room that was used from the machine in my room—something neither I nor my child had used. I raised this alarming issue with reception, concerned that someone had entered my room without authorization, especially as my safe wouldn’t open. Instead of treating this as serious, they acted as though nothing was strange. It seems that anyone could enter a guest’s room, use their belongings, and management wouldn’t investigate or consider it a problem. This is a clear safety hazard: if you want to feel safe and secure for yourself and your children, do not come here. Anyone could walk into your room at any time, use your things, and there would be no accountability—nor would management think anything of it. Even worse, the manager was hiding in the back office while instructing staff to tell me she wasn’t there. Only when I insisted I would call the police did she finally come out—but not to help. Instead, she emerged yelling aggressively, like an unprofessional, rude market brawler, lacking any manners or respect. She even falsely claimed my “sister” had been in my room that morning—while my sister was hospitalized in another city. Feeling unsafe, I went to the police station and returned with officers, who finally helped open the safe. Thankfully, nothing was missing—but the experience was shocking. In summary: If you want clean bedsheets, a properly cleaned room, professional management, or a sense of safety—this is NOT the hotel for you. I spent 30,000 shekels for three weeks and was treated appallingly. Shame on this hotel. Save your money, your peace of mind, and your safety—stay somewhere else."

"This was one of the best long weekend getaways we've ever had. The hotel is phenomenally beautiful, and the staff is amazing—especially the wonderful Elias and the lovely breakfast team. The breakfast is absolutely perfect! Yes, Akko's alleys aren't the cleanest, and stray cats roam the streets, but that's an issue for the municipality to address and is beyond the hotel's control. Our room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and the bed was fantastic. It had been 10 years since our last visit, and we kept asking ourselves—why did we wait so long to come back? "

"Hacienda Forest View jest pięknym ośrodkiem na rozległym działce ziemi. basen, spa, życiowy rozmiar szachowy, podwórko i mini pole golfowe są w różnych miejscach, co daje ośrodek przestronne poczucie. Jedzenie i usługa były wspaniałe, ale jedna rzecz w szczególności wyszła z reszty: basen i jego środowisko dzięki “hamatzil Hamatzil” Darren. On ciepło powita każdego gościa dużym lub małym z miłosnym uśmiechem, rodzaje słów i zachęcanie. Zachęcił mojego syna do nauki pływania i zrobił to samo z co najmniej 2 innymi dziećmi, gdy tam byłem. Dostarczył również siatkówki, okulary i mokre nudy, więc było mnóstwo rozrywki. Ostatnie, ale nie mniej ważne, muzyka, którą grał i pozytywny wibe uczynił prawie niemożliwym opuścić basen. To musi zrobić doświadczenie!!"

"very nuce place. close to the beach. food was good even though it was passover. the staff was very nice. even the kids liked it. it feels very homy. it is located where you can find parking spots and close to the main street so buying food and other things is easy"
