No. 1 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Alar„It’s a great hotel. Once we arrived, Dai Shi Fu greeted us warmly and showed us to our hotel room. The room was modern, with Xiao Du voice assistant to control things like the curtain, which was nice. It was really spacious and everything is clean.
My only gripe is with the location. It’s just far from the “city central” like supermarket and malls. It was difficult trying to hail a ride. Although they have shuttle bus, but it arrives every 20-30min, which unfortunate I did not try. If you are ok with like 10min drive to get stuff, I think this place is amazing for the value.”

前台設在酒店的主樓，辦完入住，前去三號樓。觀瀾酒店的樓層都不高，衹有四層，樓層的走廊寬闊異常，客房寬敞、大氣，床品乾淨、整潔，一切細節都透着觀瀾酒店的品質。
酒店的早餐設在一號樓，內容十分豐富，可保證你吃飽吃好。
雖然這次在阿拉爾衹停留了一晚，但塔河觀瀾酒店大大的提高了我們對阿拉爾的好感度！相信下次再來阿拉爾，我們還會選擇再次入住塔河觀瀾酒店！”

„This stay experience is really warm, the hotel is in the core business district of Yuehuitian Street, it is especially convenient to go shopping and eat.
The front desk lady is very kind and gentle, and also took the initiative to recommend the delicious shops around me. If you have any questions, you will be patient and meticulous.
The room was refreshing and tidy as a whole, and it was particularly safe to live. The sheets and quilts were clean and odorless, the mattresses were just soft and hard, and the pillows were fluffy and comfortable.

No. 7 of 4-Star Select Hotels in Alar„跟老公吵架一氣之下跑出來住酒店，本來心情超差，結果住完直接被治癒了，完全超出預期。 因為是開車出來的，到酒店門口發現地面停車位都滿了，停到了地庫，本以為要收費，前台小姐姐告知住宿停車是免費的，位置也超級多～而且酒店地庫車位很寬，對於我這種駕駛技術有待提高的選手也很友好！好停得很！標識也清楚，從地庫到電梯間路線都有指示牌順得很，安全感拉滿。
房間住着特別舒服，床軟乎乎的，躺上去就不想起來，床頭燈也不晃眼，晚上起夜啥的都很方便。浴室的洗護是歐洲赤松的，是我喜歡的木質調，洗完身上香香的，睡覺聞着特別安心，不是那種廉價香，洗着很舒服。
最讓我意外的是，酒店居然免費給準備了好多小東西！耳塞、棉簽、小皮筋、蒸汽眼罩這些，全都能免費拿，太懂我們女孩子的需求了！尤其是蒸汽眼罩，敷45分鐘助眠效果絕了，睡眠淺的人真的會愛死這種細節，而且完全不額外收費，太良心了。
還有自助洗衣房真的太實用了！外套不小心被奶茶打濕了，但是臨時出門也沒有帶多的，酒店的洗烘一體超方便，洗完可以立馬烘乾～洗衣液是藍月亮、柔順劑是金紡，都是常用的大品牌，味道也好聞，洗衣袋、針線盒、毛球修剪器也都有，甚至還有免費洗衣送回卡，太省心了。
整體住下來就是兩個字：舒心！本來出來賭氣的，結果住得太舒服了，心情都平復不少。感覺不想回家了哈哈哈～出差旅行、甚至想出來靜靜都合適，下次還住這兒！”
