"What a lovely hotel with a warm welcome and very good facilities There are two pools outside and one indoor although we were told the indoor only opens in October and it was too cold really to use the outdoor one. The grounds have stunning views. The breakfast is home made with enough choices to suit everyone. We had an evening meal in the hotel too and it did not disappoint. Lovely and cosy bar area as well as outdoor space"

"We chose this hotel since it is considered one of the best in the area. I was not disappointed since the room was big and well equipped, clean and the lady was very kind and helpful. However I consider it overpriced for what it offers and for the period we visited it (there was one more room busy the days we stayed). The breakfast was average, not so many choices but good quality. We tried the salt cave which was nothing special according to us. The location is good, on the main street of the village. I may choose it again if I visit the area but not blindfold this time."

"It was the only available hotel we found for the days we went with friends, it's a little far from the Bathroom to Aridian, a quiet area, a nice breakfast, a balcony to sit in the night and a private fireplace in the room! The rooms are a little simpler in decoration compared to other hotels but we were happy. The spa didn't see it, so I don't have a view. It has enough parking space in the outer area of the hotel."

"Stay away! I called yesterday evening to ask about the price. Less than 12 hours later, I called again today to make the booking. The price was 20% higher, with no excuse other than, "It's July and I won't book for that price". The manager's attitude was implying that I was lying! When I tried to complain about how unprofessional this was, he said I was trying to satisfy my ego. He hung up the phone on me! Unprofessional, dishonest, absolutely rude!!!!! I then booked at the 4 Seasons Hotel, who were extremely polite and very professional."
