"We stayed at this hotel for 5 night and we were really disappointed. We arrived to the hotel earlier than the check in which we expected as we had an early morning flight. So we went down by the pool because we were told to check in at 2. We came back around 2:10 and they said our room wasn’t ready, we ended up waiting for an hour and 20 minutes in the lobby to go to our room. We wish we could have at-least stayed outside while they sorted the room, this was an inconvenience for us as I have an epi pen and needed to store it in the room. We found the staff extremely rude. We would not recommend this hotel to anybody who is english speaking. There was no one else who spoke english, the staff didn’t try to understand your english and were just point blank rude. There was some staff based in the restaurant who were nice, apart from that the staff shocked us. The food was also very disappointing, the chips were soggy and the pasta was so hard i couldn’t twist it. The meats were not cooked, and the food is mainly spanish foods which we didn’t like, and having an allergy i like to stick to what i know. We were also shocked with how poorly they delt with my allergy, the chef came out pointed and said you can have all this. I went to get a pancake and double checked if i was okay to eat it, she said there was nuts in it, luckily i didn’t listen to the chef. I would not recommend going all inclusive either, it is very confusing. You still have to pay for things as the menu for the all inclusive is so small. My partner payed for a pizza by the pool and was charged for two pepsi’ which he shouldn’t have been as the pepsis are part of the all inclusive. We stayed on floor 1 and the room next to us was so loud we couldn’t sleep in the night, they were screaming and banging next door. We couldn’t stay out on the balcony because there was people smoking which caused pains in my partners chest as he is asthmatic. Likewise, we could not sit by the bar for long as the smoke (which was coming from everyone) was affecting his chest. We are so glad we didn’t bring children as this would be enough to make us move hotels. They should have a smoking area policy. There was no uber or bolt service, which made it really hard for us to travel back and fourth to the beach. We asked the staff if they had a transfer to the beach, they said only in peak time which i find terrible, why have something only in “peak season”? We asked the reception for a taxi number 3x and none of the taxi numbers worked. One night we were stranded on the beach for 2 hours as we didn’t know how we were going to get back to the hotel. The entertainment during the night was all completely in Spanish, so we could not understand any of it. I found this ridiculous. With the amount of money we payed for this hotel, we will never be returning."

"To jest uroczy, dziwny, mały hotel w dobrej lokalizacji. Hotel ma tylko około 40 sypialni, więc jest spokojny i idealny dla par. Jedzenie na śniadanie bufetu było pyszne i świeże. Wieczorne jedzenie było dopuszczalne, ale nie było wspaniałe, więc zjedliśmy kilka wieczorów. Nie pamiętam, co to jest nazywane, ale można polecić restaurację niemal bezpośrednio naprzeciwko hotelu - położony na plaży. Mogę również bardzo polecić jedzenie w restauracji zaledwie kilka drzwi od hotelu - niebieski i biały znak. W każdym razie, wróć do hotelu...Myślę, że niektóre muzyki w restauracji byłoby przyjemne dodatek, ponieważ jest tak mały z tak niewielu kolacji, jest prawie czasami cicho! Staff are friendly & helpful - they humorized me as I practiced my Spanish! Nasza sypialnia była przestronna i czysta; zapłaciliśmy trochę więcej za widok na morze, które cieszyliśmy się. Łóżko było trochę trudne, ale dobrze spaliśmy - było cicho, z wyjątkiem dźwięku morza. Hotel jest na głównej (ish) drodze, ale nie jest zbyt zajęty. Plaża jest chmurą, a nie piaskiem. Siedliśmy wokół basenu hotelowego kilka razy - było trochę za zimno, aby wejść do wody w maju - i cieszyliśmy się widokiem z dachu hotelu, gdzie znajduje się basen. Polecam ten hotel dla spokojnych par / dorosłych przerwy."

"It’s difficult to fault this place. It’s impeccably clean, the staff are friendly and helpful (all checkin staff spoke good English); the rooms are a good size with effective air-con and fridge; the roof-top bar and pool are just wonderful and the location is great - 2 mins into town and not much longer to the beach. Highly recommended."
