Pobierają 100 euro jako depozyt, który nie jest umieszczany w rezerwie, a bardzo młoda dziewczyna w recepcji odpowiada źle, jakbyś był analfabetą. Mówi ci nawet, że w e-mailach nie używa się Ñ, jakbyś był głupi. Mówi ci, że twoja córka ma 12 lat, jakbyś chciał okraść hotel, gdy ma przed sobą dowód tożsamości dziewczyny, która. brakuje miesięcy do ukończenia 12 lat. BEZ PRZESTAŃ OBRAŻAĆ."

"Super hotel . Jedzenie bardzo dobre , Alkohole oryginalne . Hotel wielki i piękny styl arabski , dużo roślinności, dużo basenów . Załoga bardzo miła . Dużo atrakcji dla dzieci . Pokoje ogromne z dużymi tarasami , łóżka duże i wygodne . Czysto jak i w całym hotelu i pokoje codziennie starannie sprzątane . Niedaleko Almunacar gdzie można dojechać autobusem w parę minut za €1.Naprawdę polecam 10/10"

"Hotel is near village Le Herredura, you can go to this village and supermercado by feet but also when you have all inclusive option by bus-Julia every half hour. Room was clean and every Day cleaned by Staff. Beach isn't sandy. Tere are Rocks in the beach. Staff in hotel is friendly but more friendly to Spanish People."

"Hotel jest absolutnie uroczy drco jest wspaniały hotel jest niezwykle czyste i tidy. Wyposażenie są pytane. Nie mogliśmy dostać drinka kawy wody cokolwiek między 2-6pm, ponieważ bar był zamknięty. Dziś bar zamknięty o 14:00 i powiedziano nam, aby przynieść nasz własny. Śniadanie jest świetne . Może to dlatego, że nie było nas sezonu, ale nawet nie łyżka w pokoju, aby zrobić nasz własny. "

"The hotel is in an unbeatable location. Beautiful views of the sea. The hotel urgently needs a renovation of its furniture. That furniture was used during the filming of Alfredo Landa's first spicy film with Betty Mesiego and other average girls (I think that's what the film was called). And the toilet, it's another level! I don't even know how to describe it... it could be 50 years old. I wanted to make a special mention of a girl who claims to be a barista, and according to her there are few left in Spain (in Madrid there may be 80,000) hahahahaha let's see, her CCC course on coffee, she should go over it again. If I had her as an employee she wouldn't last in my business even 5 minutes. Besides being rude, she has no idea how to serve coffee. I'll leave it there. Customers go there to rest and for them to bring us a strong coffee with a little milk (double espresso with a little milk) or double cortado with a little milk x. Absolutely all of her colleagues made me divine coffee except for her. What a joke! She gave me free lessons on cup measurements about coffee. Do you think I was going to argue with you at that hour? In my business, I don't even give lessons on what I sell, much less tell them that they have no idea by constantly clicking my mouth. I am a professional and as such, when they ask me for something that doesn't match the name, I manage to sell them what they ask for, without giving lessons to anyone and without being rude. You have no idea how to serve people for a ******* coffee. Ahhhh, and another very serious thing! My husband went downstairs at 7 am to leave the hotel and the door was closed and NO ONE WAS THERE! He found another super scared client at the reception because she had been waiting there for 15 minutes and no one came. My husband obviously had to search through the drawers to find the keys and open it himself. IF A FIRE OCCURS THE DOOR IS CLOSED... I don't even want to imagine. Anyway... a stone's throw from the beach but overall I'd give it a 1."

"Room was very small. Bathroom was tiny. However, spotlessly clean and bed very comfortable. Staff all very nice and helpful. Enjoyed our short stay. They have free parking outside, don't know how that would work in the summer....."

"Wspaniały Boutique Hotel to tak nie jest jedną gwiazdką, co najmniej 3 gwiazdki plus. Nasz pokój był świetny, miał wszystko tam, szczególnie wielki kontener., wspaniałe widoki. Obiad i śniadanie były doskonałe i właściciele Tony i Everlyn(?) byli wspaniałymi gospodarzami. Zostaliśmy tydzień i nie miał problemów parking na ulicy. Tylko w oddali jest La Herradura jest zapakowany latem, parking jest niemożliwy, chyba że płacisz $ 5 naprzeciwko plaży. Dlatego łatwiej jest zabrać krótki spacer do miasta, jednak jest wzdłuż 340 autostrady. Ogólnie bardzo zalecane."

"This is a very good hotel. The rooms are big and very clean and I had a balcony. It's quiet and only about 200 metres from the beach. The breakfast buffet is excellent for a 3 star hotel, all the staff are friendly and helpful especially the lady who runs the restaurant. Parking is a problem in the whole of La Herradura. All in all I was very happy with my stay and the price was very reasonable."

"Very pleasant hotel in a wonderful location, a lucky find at the last minute. The hotel is well run and clean, we booked for 2 nights but were so relaxed stayed an extra night. We booked the full sea view room whose balcony looked directly out to sea with an incredible view, you could lie in bed with the balcony door open which was wonderful. We booked the half board option which should be avoided, the food was plentiful but not very good (not 4* anyway) and always stone cold. Needless to say to say, the extra night was just B&B. There are plenty of bars and restaurants close. The town was a real surprise with a peaceful yet vibrant feeling. We stayed mid week and had the feeling it got busier on the weekends. The rooftop pool was small but not too busy (midweek) with plenary of beds and parasols and also spotlessly clean."
