"Very old room. Booked a superior room. Almost 1,000 more expensive than the day before. Wanted to change but couldn't. Service was good. They even sent two luggages to the room. This is rare in Europe. Dinner was a bit expensive. Ctrip said breakfast was 18 euros. Hotel said 20 euros. Didn't eat. Over 2,500 without breakfast. Not worth staying. Old house is very inconvenient."

"Hotel jest w centrum miasta Ambuaus, a do rzeki Luval i zamku Royale za kilka minut spacerem. Jest to bardzo cechowa architektura XIV wieku, w której dekoracja jest także europejskim stylem pałacowym, warto mieszkać w takim historycznym mieście."

"The hotel is located at the northernmost end of town, making it perfect for self-drive travelers. It's convenient to drive into town for meals, and you can park in the free parking lot by the river! The hotel offers various recreational facilities, including tennis courts, a golf course, and a small outdoor pool. However, it's difficult to find meals nearby, so it's best to eat in town! The room was high up, offering a great view of the castle and town, especially at sunset, when the view overlooking the entire town is breathtaking! The room was older, but reasonably well-maintained and clean! The breakfast was very average. There were no vegetables, and the fruit was unpalatable. The bread, ham, and coffee were okay, but I wouldn't recommend finishing the meal if it wasn't cheap!"

"We had the most wonderful stay. Jean Jasques and his staff could not have been more welcoming and accommodating- making us feel right at home in this oasis of a hotel. In the midst of a heatwave- having a pool steps away from our beautiful garden room was heavenly refreshing at the end of a say of biking and sightseeing! Marie and Angel served us delicious wine and charcuterie in the evening- right on our private patio and answered all of our questions with patience and humor! We highly recommend a stay here when visiting Amboise in the Loure Valley- centrally located- a quick walk to everything!"
