"Bardzo średnio. Zarezerwowałam ten hotel na pierwszą noc na Goa, żeby po podróży uniknąć niespodzianek i mocno się rozczarowałam. Mój lot był opóźniony więc dotarłam do hotelu przed 23. W pokoju nie było nawet talerzyka, widelca i noża co uważam za dziwne przy takim standardzie hotelu. Na moją prośbę o zamówienie napoju po podróży obsługa poinformowała mnie że bar jest zamknięty od 23, tak więc miałam do dyspozycji wodę i herbatę, mini bar również w pokoju nie funkcjonował. Muzyka z zamkniętego b*** grała na full jeszcze ponad godzinę, więc aby spokojnie zasnąć też musiałam poczekać. Przespałam śniadanie, które recepcja z automatu dodała do mojego rachunku nie weryfikując tego najpierw ze mną, a w momencie kiedy poprosiłam o pomoc w zamówieniu taksówki, zostałam odesłana przed hotel, gdzie znalezienie kierowcy zajęło mi 40 minut. Relaks nad basenem był praktycznie niemożliwy ze względu na bardzo głośną muzykę. Fotel w pokoju miał bliżej niezidentyfikowane plany na siedzisku. "

"Very disappointing stay. The plunge pool was full of algae and debris, making it unusable. The floating breakfast was poor despite being charged as an extra, even though breakfast was already included in my package. The towels were old and of poor quality. There is no view from the hotel, and the surroundings are congested and unattractive, which is very different from what was expected. Instead of resolving these issues professionally, the management made excuses rather than providing a proper solution. Overall, the hotel failed to deliver the experience it advertised. I would not recommend staying here."

"Would give zero stars for the property, if not for the very helpful caretakers (Baapi and team). We stayed in villas 2 and 3. The owners spend no money on maintenance. Cockroaches in the entire property, particularly kitchen and bathrooms. The property looks beautiful superficially but terrible when you are paying the price of a premium villa in Goa. The entrance to the villas is unkept and very unsafe with slippery moss and no proper path or lighting. The pools were not well kept as well. I am sorry to be writing this review after a big family get together after years so taking back a lot of good memories but will not be staying at this property ever again."

"Despite some shortcomings, we really liked the hotel. Everything is clean, everything is there, the location is extremely convenient, everything you need is within walking distance 24 hours, the hotel itself is surrounded by greenery and is located away from the road, it is quiet there. The staff is a separate story, they accepted us as their relatives. 24-hour service, they always wake up at night if you need something to drink... The cuisine is for every taste, we always had very tasty food without exception, really they cook from the heart and know how to do it. The rooms in the new building are huge, the beds have high orthopedic mattresses, new, not shabby, new towels, bed linen is not new, but clean. We did not pay a penny extra for the room or any special treatment. Therefore, I definitely recommend this hotel. It will suit people without high demands, it has everything you need. We will go there more than once."

The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! All The staff were attentive , polite, and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. The staff at this resort were incredibly welcoming and helpful throughout our stay. The rooms were immaculate and very comfortable, with great aromatic fragrance . After coming back tired from long days of exploring, it was such a pleasure to find the room perfectly cleaned and ready for us every single time.
