Still waiting 2 months later. Multiple emails etc all ignored. As for the location, yes, quiet because it's out of town but the beach is not directly accessible and is filthy when you finally get there. I wouldn't recommend and wouldn't return."

"Terrible. They charged me VAT twice (it was included in the price when I booked), and when I got to the hotel, they charged me again even though I explained I had already paid. Trip.com advertises misleadingly; it's a real scam. Don't book here. The hotel also has terrible internet, few TV channels, and extremely rude staff. Never again. Terrible experience."

There was also a Japanese restaurant by the sea where they had a type of sushi wrapped in rye noodles with various seafood fillings—it was delicious! The seafood pasta at this hotel was also quite good. Unless you have extremely weak nerves, the distant sound of the waves is negligible; I completely ignored it for the last two nights!"

Był to przyjemność, uwaga 10, pyszne, obfite i zróżnicowane śniadanie, kasyno, które dało spojrzenie na lobby, dla którego masz dziecko i nie można wejść jest bardzo interesujący smak. "Waited 45mins for the (only) lady checking in. Finally shown to a room at the far end of floor 2, below ground level, no 225. Just above the deliveries area and facing the electric car park gate and entrance ramp. Requested a room on the top floor. Told no but given a room AT THE FAR END of floor 4, ground level, no 425 overlooking the above! Suite. Small kitchen area, hot plates, microwave. None of the following: cutlery, plates, cups, glasses, tea, coffee, water OR kettle. 5 requests for a kettle later... nowt. Sitting area: torn sticky carpet. Blanket avaliable so that went on the sofa. Bedding clean, bed not comy. Bathroom very sad, my wife was unable to work the taps/shower. Breakfast poor as, by now, expected. "
