"We stayed here one night on a group tour. The hotel is super cute and cozy. Feels like you are going to grandma’s house with baskets of toys everywhere. All the rooms appear to be a different layout. Our room was HUGE. The bathroom was very big even with the odd chair inside. Our unit faced a courtyard so luckily no one was smoking or talking out there while we were trying to sleep. Now about the bed. It was hard as a rock. Very uncomfortable. I could not come back for that reason. The breakfast too was big. They just had usual cold items. You could boil eggs to your liking."

"The lady at the reception was very friendly. The rooms were excellent, as was the hotel's location. The only disappointment was the breakfast buffet. It started with the lack of greeting from the staff; you could tell them they didn't feel like working. The buffet was almost empty, and unfortunately, there were no fresh eggs. A shame considering the high price of breakfast."

"Pobyt w hotelu Appenzell był absolutnie miły! Zostaliśmy w dwuosobowym pokoju z dwoma łóżkami bliźniakami (Pokój 301), i był idealny. Jedną z cech, którą szczególnie doceniliśmy, było to, że każdy z nas miał swój własny mały “nook” obszar, który sprawił, że pokój czuł się przytulny, a wciąż dawał nam naszą własną przestrzeń. Łazienka była przestronna, prysznic miał doskonałe ciśnienie wody, a wszystko było niesamowicie czyste. Śniadanie każdego ranka było wspaniałe, z wszystkimi tradycyjnymi ulubionymi śniadaniami europejskimi, plus gotowe-to-zamówione jajka, jeśli chcesz. Hotel Appenzell jest mniejszy hotel, a ten osobisty dotyk naprawdę pokazuje. Personel zajmuje się wyjątkową opieką nad nieruchomością, i czuje się zadowolony od chwili przybycia. Z przyjemnością zostaniemy tu ponownie i bardzo zalecamy to każdemu, kto odwiedza Appenzell. Nie będziecie rozczarowani!"
