"My daughter and I visited the hotel for a spa day. From the start we were greeted by lovely friendly and helpful staff, the spa was spotless and not overcrowded. The back and neck massage, facial and head massage was the best we’ve ever had and we’ve been to many places so we can compare. The lunch and service were perfect. If we could give 6 stars we would. We’re very fussy and we’ll recommend to everyone, wonderful experience!"

"Only stayed at this B&B for one night and we were made really welcome. Anne, the owner, was very helpful with local knowledge and picking my sister up from the station. The room was large, clean, well furnished with wonderful views over the town. Wifi worked well. There was plenty of parking. Breakfast was plentiful, excellent and hot. There was a very good pub within walking distance for an evening meal which Anne booked for us. The town centre is in walking distance. Ideal centre for touring the area. We will certainly stay again if we are in the area."
