"Diesel Hotel is simply TOP!! We have been booking it for years just for one night as a stopover on our annual holiday trip to Bulgaria and we think it is simply SUPER! Booking and checking in are very easy to do online or by phone and the staff at reception are incredibly friendly and really nice and competent, even if you arrive there in the middle of the night completely exhausted and in a bad mood. The rooms and bathrooms are beautifully furnished and super clean and the breakfast is very good and plentiful. The atmosphere of the hotel, especially in the lobby and the bar as well as the breakfast room, is modern and cozy at the same time and the staff are extremely friendly and accommodating. The hotel has a beautiful terrace or outdoor area and a large private car park, which is also free and therefore ideal for travelers who, like us, are just passing through. Basically, it's a shame that we only ever book this hotel for our stopovers, so we have decided to book it for more than one night, because the price-performance ratio is unbeatable! A clear recommendation!!!"

"An unpleasant stay. The room smelled bad (from the bathroom), noisy, dusty furniture, very bad breakfast, bad quality, instant coffee from the machine, stale food. The price is too much for what the hotel offers. The only good thing was that this hotel was the only one in Arad that charged us the online price Even if we didn’t have a reservation. We tried 6 other hotels and they told us a double price without an online reservation."

"Excellent hotel, we are very satisfied with the service. The rooms are clean, equipped as described, with a small balcony. Insect protection nets on the window. Good heating in the room. The pool, sauna and jacuzzi with hot water are beautiful, clean hot water, there are changing rooms, toilets, free for hotel guests. Free parking inside the hotel yard. The location is good, just a few minutes by car to the center. The breakfast is basic, but has everything you need from food, fruit, as well as coffee and juices. The staff is very friendly. All recommendations."

"The water was smelly hardly drinkable, the kettle was dirty and in the spa some elements were broken. The main problem was that when we raised these problems the staff was rude accusing us of lying. I have never experienced such inappropriate behaviour at a five star hotel."
