"The hotel has a great location, not far from the beach, and plenty of restaurants nearby. There's a small supermarket to the right of the hotel entrance where you can buy yogurt and other similar items. Behind the hotel is a commercial street where you can shop, but the shop owners are quite casual, and some close very early. The room has a small balcony, not too big or too small. The only drawback is the poorly designed bathroom; the shower is too small, and the toilet paper isn't even next to the toilet! You can arrange airport or ferry pick-up through the hotel on Ctrip, but this will incur an additional fee."

"Arrived late at night having booked a last minute deal for a 10 day room only basis, didn't expect it to be literallythat,room large and airy, great air conditioning and comfy new bed, however just that with a fridge and kettle and a rail with 5 coat hangers, no drawers to put our clothes away so had to leave them in the suitcase. Room only cleaned once in 10 days although toilet and kitchen bins emptied daily. Bathroom was quite grim, shower didn't drain very well and constantly found long black hair on the bathroom floor which had obviously backed up via the drain, as I have short blonde hair and my husband virtually none we knew it wasn't ours!Don't get me started on the toilet brush. We did have a balcony with a wonderful view of the bay so can't complain about that. The pool area was beautiful, very clean with amazing sunbeds with thick comfortable cushions, however on the couple of times it rained these soaked up the rain like a sponge so you ended up on a bed that just didn't dry out. Free clean towels to use though so that's a positive. Staff particularly the young girls in reception friendly and helpful but never once did the owner/manager seem to engage with guests. Bar and food prices expensive so only ate here a couple of times. Steep walk into lassi but the views made up for that. Had to check out at 11.30am for a pick up at 6pm. Only place you could shower and get ready was in the one shower by the pool, this and the two toilets available had no locks and accessible to anyone so my husband had to keep guard and then no area to get changed this really needs addressing. We had a fabulous holiday in lassi and would go back to liberatos if these issues were addressed but somehow don't think they will be based on previous reviews. Huge potential what could be the most perfect place to stay"

"Lovely apartments . So relaxing and peaceful with brilliant view. Apartments very clean and well kept. Staff so kind and helpful Big room (except bathroom) and very comfortable beds However half way between argostoli and lassi so I would recommend a car or use kefalonia taxi company as we did. Roughly 10 euros to either resort. Taxi company very reliable"

"The selling features of this hotel is first and foremost its location, followed by its outward appearance. Beyond that , the rooms are tiny and hot with no effective air conditioning , surprisingly dirty and a night desk clerk that is rude, inefficient and should be fired. "Niestety, po przyjeździe stało się jasne, że nasza rezerwacja była problemem - nasz agent podróży online zarezerwował odpowiednie daty PLAN POZYCJA 🥶 Zarezerwował nas na 2025. Lillia & Adele na recepcji byli niesamowici - pomogli w próbie skontaktować się z naszym agentem podróży i udało im się również zabezpieczyć nam pokój na 3 noce z 4 - byliśmy bardzo szczęśliwi. Bardzo dziękuję za pomoc dziewczyny 🩷 Hotel jest centralny, z głównym placu na górze drogi (obróć w lewo jak wychodzisz z hotelu) Wiele barów i tawern wokół Mieliśmy podwójny pokój, bardzo przestronny, uroczy łazienkę. Śniadanie było w stylu bufetu - dostępne są różne gorące i zimne jedzenie. Z pewnością znów zostanie 🩷"

"If you are thinking of visiting Kefalonia and staying in Argostoli, I can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel as it just cannot be faulted. Rated as 5 star, it didn't live up to expectations, it exceeded them in every aspect. Location, room, spa, dining and housekeeping were on point throughout our 10 night stay. What really did make this a stand out holiday were the hotel staff across the whole spectrum, but with a special and deserved mention to the ladies at reception who exemplified the meaning of customer service, delivered with a lovely Kefalonian smile. Thank you to everyone who made our holiday at the Casaly hotel both fantastic and memorable. Mark & Jenny."

"We stayed for 3 nights after having to move from our previous accommodation in Lassi . The staff are all very helpful. Our room was on the ground floor and was very spacious even if a little dark, with Molton Brown shower facilities. The breakfast area was outside and not very big hence the reason you have to pre-order the night before, also the time you would like it. Most of the tables were in the sun, unless you were lucky to get 2 of the tables that were in the shade , and in June when we were there it did get a bit too hot and butter was melting before we could use it ! There was nowhere inside to have breakfast which we would have preferred. The pool was a square large bath, in the shade , you could just cool down in it , but not for swimming , which we didn’t use. The hotel would be ok to use as a base for exploring Kefalonia if you have not been to the island before and possibly only for a short break."

"Wow! What a wonderful stay we have had in Kefalonia an absolutely stunning Island and a beautiful hotel to stay in! We had a one bedroom apartment which was great for us as a family of 4, room was cleaned daily. We enjoyed breakfast each morning, plenty of choice & things alternated each day like little quiches one day, omelettes the next. The staff were all amazing, reception, bar, at breakfast, everyone was friendly and welcoming. We had lunch a few times at the pool bar which was lovely & enjoyed the bar. The pool area is beautiful, never overcrowded, plenty of space & peaceful. We enjoyed the bbq & Greek dancing night. The views were just wow! They never tired, being in the pool looking out to the sea & other island, our balcony view, walking to breakfast it was all stunning. Yes it is on a very steep hill, we have a 4yr old & 19month so in a buggy, coming down was fine, we never actually timed it but maybe 10mins. We did tackle it up a couple of times, it was tough especially in the heat but we did say if it was just us without the kids we would have tackled it more often but cabs were only €8 coming up & worth every penny! The walk to the restaurants is probably about 15mins, plenty of choices & we never had a bad meal, choices of cocktail bars to drink in too. There is a supermarket just at the bottom of the hill too. We went to Makris Gialos beach which was about 15min walk… wow, the water was crystal clear so beautiful. If going with children don’t go in the first entrance as lots of steps to get down and back up walk along to where it says Costa Costa and is a slope so easier. We hired a car for a day which was €60 and went up the north side which was just stunning & we’re so glad we got to see more of the beautiful island. Overall such a wonderful holiday and we’d highly recommend staying here."

"Stayed self catering first impression beautiful gardens and excellent pool area then we got to our room stayed in L block on the ground floor a one bedroom apartment. Space wise for 2 of us was great but it seemed dirty. The Kitchen was very limited with no essentials ie cloths supplied. The cooker was a mini stand alone with 3 rings it was disgusting not being cleaned at all. The bathroom was awful dirty toilet, dirty shower curtains and dirty taps. The bedroom was ok wardrobes are above the bedside cabinet which I struggled with hanging my clothes. The patio doors had a poor lock and strangers walked up and down the field outside. There were open pipes in every room not sure what they were for!! Good air conditioning and a safe provided. The staff at the pool bar during the day were miserable for the first week but did eventually smile during our second week. Wasps were a nightmare by the pool could not eat there many guests got stung. Location on a steep hill - no shuttle transport so you have to walk down or get a taxi at a cost of €8. Had an ok holiday but probably not go back."

"We didn’t go in June 24, we have stayed here & times over th3 years, such memories, we spent our honeymoon here, making a good friend of the original owner Jerry, then later with Jerry, Jenny and little Jerry. , we had some amazing times here and thanks to Jerry for being a good and funny friend, thanks to Makis who gave me a bottle of water when I came over to find out what was happening ( he must have thought me crazy turning up , middle of the day covered is sweat! We’re finally getting back to the island next year. Looking forward to walking back up the hill under the stars from town. Hope they have got rid of Jerrys automatic pool cleaner as you couldn’t go near when he was cleaning it.anyway, for those who know it’s a perfect place"

"On arrival we were put into a classic room when we had paid for a deluxe room,but no one told us until we challenged them.We then confronted the manager who said he wouldn't give any compensation and we would need to stay in the classic room for 3 nights,eventually he reluctantly gave us 36 euros which we were discussed with.Breakfasts were bland and taxies are unable to get near the hotel because it's a car free area,difficult for older people carrying suit cases a 100 yards."

Every member of staff was exceptional and nothing was too much trouble. Some rooms are quite small but you have everything you could possible need. Including Bulgari wash products. Everywhere was spotlessly clean. The spa was a soecial treat and as its only for guests was very quiet and enjoyable. The balcony was lovely to relax on the big comfy chairs.
