"The room was clean, but I went down to the front desk twice to ask for slippers, but there was no one there. There was no phone at the room, and it seemed the hotel staff had left work. Even though I hadn't checked out yet, housekeeping came in through the door in the morning. It was clean, but the service was very poor. However, the rooftop view was worth it, as it offered a view of the stars at night, reminiscent of Van Gogh."

"We stayed here for 2 nights and had a junior terrace suite.The suite was lovely but it’s directly next to the kitchen so whilst we sat on our terrace to unwind all you can hear is kitchen staff shouting away.There was ants everywhere in the room and you would think paying £450 a night they would do some pest control.Dog poo was around the grounds not picked up and it was the owners dog not great yet they charged us nightly for our small dog who is a service animal.No charges for a service animal in other hotels.No turndown service for a 5 star hotel either.Food is a set menu nightly the first night was great the second a huge disappointment the fish was swimming in oil with an awful cabbage sauce I left it as it was inedible no questions asked just charged.Then we get to the safari trip of 75 euros each what a complete rip off.Two hours of a guide who spoke no English had we known we would not have bothered.We used our Google translate to get by the first 30 mins he stopped and told us how dragon flies eat the mosquitoes some safari!Yes you see the horses and bulls then our excitement was to see the pink flamingos.What a huge disappointment we were given binoculars to see them a huge distance away.We went to the nearby beach and saw them close up why the guide never took us there baffled us.The whole safari trip was a waste of our time energy and money.We’ve stayed in much better places on our France road trip.Would not recommend all they care about is taking your money."

"Co za gem! Piękny typowy francuski hotel. Pokój był przestronny i bardzo czysty. Receptacyjny personel jest wspaniały i przyjazny. Naprawdę dobra lokalizacja ustawiona w uroczym placu. "Jako stali goście Odalys Vacances, byliśmy tym razem niezwykle rozczarowani, zwłaszcza biorąc pod uwagę, że obiekt reklamowano jako 4-gwiazdkowy. Po przyjeździe okazało się, że w obiekcie występują liczne problemy z czystością i konserwacją: plamy na zasłonach, sofie i kołdrze; niedokładnie umyte okno wykuszowe z widocznymi smugami; lepka warstwa na podłodze; pajęczyny w kilku miejscach; brudne fugi w łazience; oraz rdza w brodziku prysznicowym. Nawet poduszki na krzesłach były brudne, co sprawiało wyraźne wrażenie, że obiekt nie został odpowiednio posprzątany przed naszym przyjazdem. W apartamencie było też bardzo ciemno. Natychmiast zgłosiliśmy problem i powiedziano nam, że problem zostanie rozwiązany następnego dnia. Ostatecznie ktoś pojawił się dopiero trzy dni później. Stan elewacji również pozostawiał wiele do życzenia – trawa była nieskoszona. Podczas tego pobytu czuliśmy się naprawdę niekomfortowo, ponieważ znacznie odbiegał on od standardu, jakiego oczekujemy od obiektu 4-gwiazdkowego. Było to bardzo rozczarowujące w porównaniu z naszymi poprzednimi doświadczeniami z Odalys."

The night view along the way was like stepping into a medieval European oil painting. The room was spacious enough, with a small table and chairs by the door. It was very relaxing."

"Mieszkaliśmy w potrójnym pokoju. Pościel były wygodne. Mieliśmy duże łóżko królowej i pełne łóżko pojedyncze dla mojej córki. Linen ładny i wiele dodatkowych poduszek. Duża łazienka i oddzielny toaleta. Ciśnienie prysznicowe dobre. Basic ręczne mydło zapewnione. Piękne miejsca do przechadzania się i odkrywania. Podjechaliśmy przez pola słoneczne. Prywatny bezpieczny parking. Duży platykowy basen z wielu salonów słonecznych w słońcu i cieniu. Podany ręczniki. Żadna restauracja tak tylko śniadanie kontynentalne oferowane. Przynieśliśmy własną żywność i mogliśmy dostać się do płyt, szafy i mikrofalówek. Staff bardzo pomocny. Właściciele mieszkają na miejscu. Kaplica przekształcona w salon z wieloma artefaktami z zagranicy. Całkowicie bardzo spokojne i relaksujące miejsce. Łatwy jazda do Arles, Sainte Remy i Les Baux. Miło wrócić po zwiedzeniu do basenu i usiąść przy basenie. "

It's so extraordinary to have a hotel like this not have air-conditioning in the south of France that this fact needs to be displayed more prominently by the booking sites when we booked. We would never have come if we had known how unbearably hot the room would be."

"The hotel is in an old building in Arles and the room is small. But it can accommodate up to 4 people, making it suitable for the whole family. The price-performance ratio is average, and the facilities are basically complete. Surprisingly, all the supplies are from L'Occitane, which is a plus. The location of the hotel is not bad, but I am not big in Arles itself."

"This place is about 10 minutes from Arles in the peaceful countryside. It has a nice pool and a garden with an outside seating area. The pool was nicely kept and clean so it was a joy to relax in it. Our room was quite spacious and had its own little terrace. The staff were really nice and helpful. The only thing that wasn't that good was that there is no restaurant in the summer holidays. You could order food but it is not availble until 20:30. Since the hotel is in the countryside, finding a restaurant involves driving."
