"We stayed for 1 week at the Can Moragues hotel, it is an excellent hotel. The staff is very attentive to you, always smiling and friendly. The breakfast is excellent with a choice of sweet and savory items, cold meats, cheeses, yogurts, fresh fruit juices every morning, in short, something to satisfy all appetites (even for big eaters!!). The room we had was very spacious with a large bathroom (walk-in shower and double sinks), the bedding is very comfortable. There is a very shaded patio with a small swimming pool that allows you to cool off and sun loungers that allow you to relax in a very quiet environment. This hotel does not have a restaurant, but it is located a few hundred meters from the center of the town where there are many places to eat. The first beaches are about 15 minutes from Arta and there are also many places to visit very close by. This is a hotel that we recommend without hesitation and where we will very happily return during a future stay in Majorca."

"Our stay at this hotel was terrible. We were both bitten during the two nights we were there. Although the hotel insists there were no bed bugs, in our opinion there is no doubt that they were. We consulted a doctor, who confirmed that they were bites. When we reported the situation to reception, they told us it was too late to change rooms and the only solution was to change the sheets, which did not solve the problem; we were bitten again the second night. The hotel flatly refused to refund our money. But that's not the worst of it. The last straw: THREATS by phone and text message. After we left a review detailing our experience on ***********, the hotel owner called us to threaten us, saying he would come to France and beat us up. He then continued sending threatening messages, of which we have screenshots. *********** was informed of the matter, but due to the stress the situation caused us, we deleted the review. In addition: - Double charges and non-existent services. We were charged for the reservation twice on different days. We only received a refund after complaining, without a single apology. - There's no hot water in the afternoon (from 7 pm onwards). - Non-existent Wi-Fi. - They don't answer the phone. Conclusion: This has been the worst hotel we've ever stayed in. Not only because of the bites, but also because of the violent and threatening attitude of the owner. If you value your safety and peace of mind, stay away from this place."

"A fantastic stay at the beautiful Nema boutique hotel. Every staff member was so friendly and kind, nothing was too much for them. The hotel was very modern and clean whilst still having many personal touches. We loved the spa and being able to reserve it just for us. The pool area was well kept and was very peaceful. The food was all very delicious too. The hotel is not too far from the town centre where there are lots of shops and restaurants. I celebrated my birthday whilst on our stay and the staff made my day very special. Thank you all again. We will recommend the hotel to our family and friends. Hopefully we will back too."

"Bardzo ładny hotel w samym centrum Artà, z bezpłatnym parkingiem oddalonym o 5 minut spacerem. Hotel jest ładnie urządzony, pokoje są przestronne, a obsługa jest bardzo miła. Śniadania w formie bufetu są wyśmienite i oferują szeroki wybór owoców, wypieków i dań na ciepło. Chleb jest bardzo dobry. Wszyscy świetnie się bawiliśmy"
