"We had a nighttime arrival at Kilimanjaro airport and spent our first night in Africa at Meru View Lodge. We got a warm welcome and a delicious supper …(the pumpkin soup and freshly baked breads!)..even though it was late on a Sunday night. The service was excellent, the cottages were lovely, the grounds are beautiful, and we had an amazing homemade breakfast before moving onward to start our safari. Our only regret was that we couldn’t stay at this peaceful retreat longer."

"Highly Recommend! I was traveling with a group of 6 motorcycle riders and the tour agency #IRideArusha. We stayed 2 nights. Great location! Super helpful staff. Cannot speak high enought about Esther, the manager. I arrived at the lodge with the start of a stomach virus. Ester stayed with me checked on me, and sat with me. It is scary enough to be sick at home...but in a foreign country... I never felt alone or scared. Esther worked with the lead from the #iRide Arusha tour agency. Between the two of them. I was feeling a lot better by the time I left. Would love to go back so I can really enjoy the lodge!"

"We very much enjoyed our stay at this cosy lodge. The lodge has a beautiful garden with several terraces. The restaurant is nicely decorated and staff is welcoming and friendly. The rooms are tidy, with great bedding and have a small terrace. Food was really good. Although we were a bit apprehensive when making our reservation, we are a bit spoilt travellers, we had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend staying here. Thanks, and all the best with the wonderful work you’re doing."

"After a full day safari drive in Arusha National Park, we camped here for one night with our little boys (ages 6 and 4). The campsite had lots of grass and plenty of space for the kids to run and play. The staff were very friendly and helped us set up our tent, and even offered to do a campfire after sunset. There was a night guard on duty and we felt very safe all night. The only sounds we heard were a few monkeys in the distance and some birds in the morning. It was so quiet."

"We have stayed for only 1 night and although there was a powercut during the day, the expirience was good. Room - The room was nice a clean. Everything was working perfectly and was excatly like the pictures. Service - The service was good. There was alwyas someone available to help and everyone was super nice and had a smile on their face. We felt warmly welcome. Food - We had dinner and breakfast, and although it was not the best we had in our life, we could see that it was above standards for what we saw in Tanzania. Probably the best we had out of the 4 hotels we stayed at."

"Miałem przyjemność pobyć w loży jako część naszego wspinaczki na górę Kilimanjaro. Dni prowadzące do naszego wspinaczki, personel zajął się nami bardzo i był tak przyjazny. Niestety, dla mnie mój wspinaczek skończył się wcześnie, aby zrobić ranny i musiałem wrócić do loży. Po powrocie pracownicy (Andrew, Bernadette, Victoria, Hansen i wszyscy inni) poszli ponad i poza, aby mi pomóc i upewnić się, że zostałem zadbany o to. Pokazał mi gościnność była najlepsza, jaką dostałem. Każdego dnia sprawdzali mnie i upewnili się, że dobrze się mną opiekowano. Przyszedłem tutaj, byli obcymi, a teraz wyjeżdżam z przyjaciółmi. Jeśli szukasz pięknego miejsca pełnego ptaków, kwiatów, małp, cichego i pysznego jedzenie to miejsce, aby przyjść pozostać przed twoim safari lub wspinać się. Wysoko, bardzo polecam lodge. Nie wiem kiedy, ale wrócę!!!"
