"The best accommodation of this trip. Great value for money. Great location (I rented a car). It is a place with top-notch facilities and convenience. It seems perfect for families traveling together to fully relax and unwind for a day. Not only the accommodation itself, but the surrounding natural scenery is superb. Taking a quiet stroll through the village in the morning would also be wonderful. If I had to point out a downside, it would be that since it is the off-season, there are almost no supermarkets, restaurants, or shops nearby, so we had to travel by car to buy ingredients for cooking. There is a large supermarket 15 minutes away by car and a convenience store 15 minutes away on foot. Anyway, I highly recommend it for family trips and group travelers."

"The guest rooms are very clean and feature a large private bathroom. The quality of the amenities is also excellent. Although not large, the charming garden is beautiful in its own way at night. Furthermore, the owner here is likely the kindest person I have encountered in Japan. I could feel their kindness even while communicating via an interpreter. The breakfast, prepared personally by the owner, was delicious and generous in portion. The sandwiches for the children were also tasty. It is a great pity that I could only stay for one day due to my schedule. In my opinion, if I visit Asakura in Japan, this is a place I must stay at again."

"1. It's located in a remote area and high up in the mountains, making it difficult to access without a shuttle or rental car. 2. Perhaps due to a lack of staff, there are many Nepalese staff. Overall, the staff are friendly. The Japanese female staff at the restaurant, who tries to speak a little Korean, is also very helpful. 3. The in-room baths are not kakenagashi-style hot springs, but rather refillable. The water is very cold and lukewarm, even colder than hot springs. Bathing is difficult without adding hot water. 4. The public baths close at 11:00 PM (outdoor) and 12:00 AM (indoor) the next day, so availability is limited. The water isn't slippery, but rather sulfuric. The public baths aren't usually crowded. 5. As the name suggests, the view is everything. 6. The tatami mats in the rooms can be a bit strong, so those with sensitive skin should wear a mask. The amount of drinking water provided in the rooms is limited. 7. The food menu is varied, but not particularly diverse, and the portions are rather small. It's basic, neither exceptional nor lacking. 8. They don't offer any assistance with luggage. 9. The smoking room next to the lobby restaurant is a mistake. It would be better to have it outside. 10. The parking lot is relatively spacious."
