Nie daliby nam innego pokoju za porównywalną cenę. Popatrz na stronę internetową i mają otwarte 4 razy tyle, co zapłaciliśmy za ten sam typ pokoju. NIE OK!"

"The spa experience was wonderful and the food/service in Crosswinds was fabulous! The breakfast delivered to the room in a basket was really well done. The suite was comfortable and well appointed, however the walls were thin and we could hear people talking the office on the other side of the wall. We were only 1 of 2 guests in the entire place so it was quiet but I think if there were more people you’d easily hear your neighbors. The jets in the tub did not work as they were supposed to so that was disappointing. The management of the Inn left me with a bad feeling about our stay, so I will not return. They’re more concerned about money than providing positive customer service, they did not appreciate having guests weekdays in January when the weather is cold/gray and Geneva on the Lake is shut down. The staff was sometimes helpful and sometimes not very friendly, at one point I heard 2 of them in the office with angry raised voices complaining about procedures. I do not recommend this Inn."
