"It's a very clean and lovely place. Good and respectful receptionist. Overall, feel was great. The only downside is there's no intercom in the room where you can access the reception or kitchen. You have to go out to place your request. Other than this, I'd recommend to everyone. You can easily locate on BOLT app."

"Został w Big Blue Resort nad weekendem Valentine's. Głównym powodem, aby przyjść tutaj jest proste: widok. To jest uczciwie najlepszy w okolicy absolutnie oszałamiające i warto, jeśli krajobrazy są twoim priorytetem. Usługa była przyzwoita i jedzenie było dobre, nic niezwykłego, ale nie narzekania. Pokoje są wygodne, ale jeśli chcesz coś przestronnego, będziesz musiał zapłacić znacznie więcej. Standardowe pokoje są dość małe za cenę. Jest to znacznie droższe niż pobliskie opcje, takie jak Marlin Resort (jest tylko 1 km od), więc nie jest gdzieś często odwiedzać. Powiedział, że na specjalny weekend i aby cieszyć się tymi niepokonanymi widokami, z pewnością warto od czasu do czasu."

"This trip was for our honeymoon. The trip started off really lovely. The view was nice, the hotel honoured my request but the scoring I gave was brought down by incredibly slow food service and basically being locked up in our room due to a conference meeting which was being held in the reception area. On average, we had to wait 2hours before we had any food. We scheduled a couples massage for 12pm but didn’t have it until after 1pm and only one person showed up to give us the massage so we had to go one at a time. Today our breakfast was brought up to us around 8:30 and we were told there was a conference going on. I was disappointed as I have enjoyed having my breakfast infront of the sea shore since we got here. Then when we were leaving, I thought it would be nice to sit on the beach and wait until our official checkout time and until our taxi arrived. Instead we were ushered out of the hotel and settled our bill outside and waited while our car came. This was because the conference was STILL going on. This really destroyed my entire trip. I’m so disappointed as I had previously hyped up the trip to friends and family so much so my brother brought his girlfriend for a spontaneous day trip to experience the hotel. I will not be recommending this place again. There is so much work to be done"

"We visited with some guests who had not been to Ghana before. Upon arrival there were no hand towels in any bathrooms, or soap to wash your hands. We asked our “butler” for some, and he provided us with what we asked for. The next issue was that the water from the taps runs brown. We attempted to wash a plate and it ended up more dirty than when we’d eaten off it. I complained several times and even asked for some pure water so we could at least wash our faces and clean our teeth. Despite asking the maintenance guys who came to fix the water issue and our butler two hours later we were still without water that we could use. Eventually someone came with one bottle of bel acqua for me to wash my hair with. I had to call again before I got some sachets of pure water, and another bottle. I asked to speak to a manager and was told there was not one. We later discovered that the fridge was not cooling after filling it with our food and drink. Overall very disappointing considering it cost 8,500 Cedis for one night."
