"I don’t recommend. Although the food is partially delicious, the service is shocking. I was waiting over an hour to be served with a drink and over 2 and half hours for my food to arrive. And when it did arrive, it was cold…and some of the order was forgotten about. I would understand if it was busy, but it is a quiet Wednesday night that wasn’t that busy. This is embarrassing for a restaurant chain that is so well known in Bacău. Tables were sat after me, they were served and ate and I wasn’t even served with 1 drink for over an hour. If you’re looking to spend your evenings in a nice place to enjoy food and be treated rightfully, go somewhere else. After asking to speak to a manager, I was ignored and a manager never approached me. Terrible experience and service."

The staff went above and beyond to ensure our enjoyment; they even prepared a healthy breakfast when we had to leave early in the morning. This hotel is perfectly situated in a serene neighborhood, with the city center just a quick 5-minute drive away. We wholeheartedly recommend it for an excellent stay!"

"Kochałem to miejsce. Świetne jedzenie, choć serwis był trochę powolny. Wróciłem tam i zabrałem rodziców na lunch. Podobał mi się pokój - przestronny, z wielkim łóżkiem i super szczupła kąpiel. Staff był miły, pomocny i ultra uważny. Jest to dość daleko od lotniska, ale taksówki przyjeżdżają tam szybko i nie są drogie, więc w pełni warto tam zostać, jeśli jesteś - jak ja - przebywa w Bacău przez nieudany lot Wizz Air."
