"This hotel is terrible. Do NOT stay here! Here are the reasons why: 1. Impossible Check-in: The hotel closes very early and provides no instructions for late arrival. We asked for check-in details in advance and were promised instructions, but never received them. We ended up waiting outside in the cold for nothing. A complete waste of time. 2. No Hot Water: There was absolutely no hot water! When we turned the tap to the hot setting, the water just stopped flowing. We were forced to shower in freezing water in 0°C weather. Unacceptable. 3. Unprofessional Management: The hotel denies these issues. They claimed we didn't complain on the spot, but there was literally no staff member present to complain to! 4. Aggressive Staff: The front desk staff was incredibly rude. During check-out, they aggressively demanded that everyone stand at the counter filling out forms just to collect the city tax. This is the worst, most hostile hotel I have ever stayed at, bar none. Austria should be ashamed to have such an establishment. Stay away!"

"Everything was clean and good. The room was large, the back of the building was nice and quiet. Recently renovated, and the restaurant was particularly nicely decorated. Breakfast was excellent, including egg dishes and pancakes. Afternoon coffee and several daily newspapers were served in the foyer. It was a comfortable place to sit. Friendly staff. We felt completely at home. Central location – right next to the major sights and nature. Top-notch hotel."
