Hey… Though I’m posting it really late but I have no words to describe the services we got. We have planned in the beginning of our trip three days then we extended for another five days eight days were irreplaceable the staff, the chef, the girl named Sapna next to the pool who was serving food was also very nice and calm, I don’t remember all the names but Sapna, Sadhna, security staff on duty was also pretty much cooperative Chef Sainath they all have been so kind, can’t describe how fast their team works from in all the possible ways, we were surprise to see that how everything could be so perfect all the staff from reception team working under ***ager, fantastic services worth paying for Fairfield by Marriott. Writing this after a guilt that i was not able to rate there services and hard work on time which was truly impeccable. Thanks team marriot

Goa being one of the favourite and most visited destination. The Eros Hotel gives an additional satisfaction for holidays once would plan. It was a great holiday at Eros. The property is at it's best location. Rooms are neat and clean. Staffs are very nice and helpful. I had a great Experience. Really amazing place where one would spend their holidays. The welcome, attention and willingness to please and make customers happy is the best ever example of customer service we have ever experienced. The staff are all amazing at every level and are a credit to the hotel. We would like to say a massive thankyou to our Tui Rep Karen Hall, she has a wealth of knowledge of Goa and goes out of her way to be of assistance. We was at the hotel for Christmas and New Year, I really don't think the staff and ***agement could have done anything more to make the festive session so special. We enjoyed Christmas carols around the tree, a fantastic Christmas Eve and New Years Eve gala events. Special mentions to Rakesh (Mama Mia) who is a true gentle*** also Kartik (Seagull) who is so polite. The pool area is kept immaculately clean. I do think that small tables would be useful at the side of your sunbed. Food in both of the restaurants is worthy of Michelin standard.

The latest addition to Taj properties in Goa is Taj Convention centre & Resort. A really very beautiful Hotel on a hill top looking towards the sea. A view from the Hotel is breathtaking. Beautifully done rooms, spacious Banquets, conference rooms & a cinema house for 30 people.”, my congratulations to the Owners & Archietect team for giving Goa a wonderful place for each & every type of events, the plus point is IHL Selections Cidade de Goa( where I have been staying for the last 25 years) for Beach & Garden events. The hidden Gem in this treasure is BLD the all day Coffee shop, Oh my God so spacious, so beautiful, it was love at first sight. Divided into different sections of cuisines with live kitchens serving varieties of food at very reasonable prices. Each & every dish was so tasty & perfect may be from Chat counter, Italian food, salad counter, Chinese dishes, sushi counter, Indian food, Deserts, oh my mouth has already full of water. Cheff Bhasker & his team are doing a great job, the Taste, quality, presentation & all are one above another you cannot find a little short coming, the food is sumptuous & more than value for money. In my life I have not tasted food Better than here. According to me this is the best food to be served in any Hotel in India or abroad. My best wishes to Cheff Bhaskar & his team for doing such a wonderful work & wish them all the best for future. NB: you need at least 4-5 days stay to enjoy the complete journey of this food Mela.
