"Doskonale! Naprawdę wszystko nam się podobało. Jedzenie, pokój był świetny, obsługa bardzo miła. Hotel jest nowy, nowoczesny i ma fajny design. Każdy pokój ma balkon z widokiem na jezioro. Dwa baseny (kryty i odkryty z sauną, ręcznikami i wodą pitną). Uważam, że hotel powinien dodać tylko jedną rzecz: wodę pitną przy recepcji."

"Overall, the hotel made a good impression – it's well-maintained, with a very pleasant terrace and pool area. Breakfast and dinner were served partially as a buffet – in the morning there was bread, cheese, cold cuts, vegetables, and fruit, plus the option to order from a fixed menu (around 8–9 dishes). Dinners also had a partial buffet (soups, salads, starters, desserts), and a daily-changing menu with four main courses to choose from. The dishes were nicely presented, and you could see the effort and attention to detail. However, sometimes they felt overly elaborate – the flavors didn’t always work well together and didn’t always hold up. That said, I appreciated the creativity and variety. The pancakes were definitely a highlight – truly delicious. Unfortunately, the last two days left a negative impression – during breakfast, I noticed ants walking around and under the fruit tray, which completely ruined my appetite. It’s a shame because the hotel has a good location and offers peace and quiet. Due to the hygiene issue, I’m giving it a final rating of 3/5."

"Pokój jest w porządku... trochę od jeziora... 20 minut spacerem... i jeden człowiek się boi. Po nocach byłam zadowolona z tego pokoju. Więc pokój został odbyty przez całą noc. Ale szef hotelu powiedział mi, że ktoś zarezerwował ten pokój. Muszę zmienić pokój, zważywszy, że żagiel jest w pobliżu. Nie chciałem, ale zgodziłem się. W końcu nowy balkon jest mniej niż połowa. Kwiaty są złe. Okna nie świecą. Kiedy wyszedłem, kelner prosił mnie o zapłatę podatku od miasta, a ty wziąłeś gotówkę, dałem jej 5000 forintów, a ja odkryłem, że odzyskał mi 3020 forintów, a 500 forintów, czy to nie jest zwyczajne, żebym wziął napiwek?"

"Dobry europejski hotel all-inclusive z czystymi basenami, zadbanym, przestronnym terenem, dużą ilością miejsca i mnóstwem atrakcji dla małych dzieci (połowa gości hotelowych). Bezpieczeństwo i prywatność. Jedzenie nie jest zbyt urozmaicone, ale jak na hotel trzygwiazdkowy, jest w porządku. Lody dostępne są na plaży przez cały dzień."

"Pobyt w tym hotelu był bardzo rozczarowany. Całe miejsce miał zły zapach, a pokoje czuły się brudne i niewygodnie utrzymane. Jedzenie było straszne niska jakość, często zimne, i zdecydowanie nie warte ceny. Poza tym, naprawdę czuło się, jakby turystów były przeładowane i wykorzystane. Nie polecam tego hotelu nikomu."

"Avoid at all costs ! Me and my partner and his little daughter,came here for two nights , three weeks ago and it was spoiled by the majority of staff there and the food . The food was like warm and zero options for children . The tables outside were covered with mould , masses of cobwebs ,spiders . The waitress was extremely rude and ignored us when we asked anything. We ended up eating out for both nights because it was that bad . The rooms were a good size, with a big balcony but we did not see a cleaner once and when we came back to our rooms , the bathroom mirror was smeared with handprints , very slippery and Damp on the floor outside the bathroom which left a bad smell . The balcony was filthy and laced with thick cobwebs and spider. We also found a few little bugs in the mattress. We did complain to reception and they gave us some house wine as a good will gesture, which was thoughtful but nothing changed on the second night . The kitchen had no management and no sight of cleaners . This hotel is a good design and looks lovely outside but it seems the management team are non existent here and the standards are very poor . I do however feel that all the reception staff were lovely and agreed that the standards within the hotel needed to improve and they did agree a few previous customers have complained of similar things . I would never give this hotel another chance it return . This was part of a family break and a mini holiday for my partners little daughters birthday ,which was completely ruined . We did raise all our issues to the reception at the end and one of the reception ladies placed my partner on the phone to some woman from the directorship management ,who wasn’t even at the premises. My partner explained everything that we had experienced at this hotel . I firmly believe with a better management team , they could really make vast improvements in this hotel, employing staff,with a “can do “ attitude, in the near future but they have a long way to go , to get to that standard. I do hope the reception team find another job in a better run hotel because the ones that we did meet was very understanding and agreed with us and must of felt embarrassed for their let down team within the hotel grounds This is an honest review and I am disappointed it wasn’t a positive outcome from our vacation here . "Nowo otwarty hotel wypoczynkowy nad Balatonem dysponuje przyjemną strefą do degustacji szampana i wina, basenem z podgrzewaną wodą, zarówno wewnątrz, jak i na zewnątrz, a także wygodnymi miejscami do wypoczynku wewnątrz i na zewnątrz, a także spa z saunami o różnej temperaturze będzie tu dużo zabawy. Śniadania są dość obfite, kolacja również w formie bufetu. Jeśli zamówisz a la carte, jedzenie wyjdzie wolniej, a cena jest prawie taka sama jak w formie bufetu. Nad jezioro można dojść pieszo, zielona powierzchnia jeziora i różnorodne zajęcia wodne doskonale nadają się na rodzinne wakacje."
