"Anna Grand in Balatonfüred has been beautifully renovated, blending historical charm with modern comfort. The rooms are stylish, well-equipped, and spotless. The wellness area is spacious and relaxing, offering a great way to unwind. Breakfast was excellent, with a wide selection of fresh and delicious options. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay truly enjoyable. The location is perfect, just a short walk from the lake and promenade. Highly recommended for a luxurious getaway at Lake Balaton!"

"Niemiecki styl hotelowy i pomysły, ale kiedy dotarliśmy do hotelu, nikt nie był zamknięty, więc zadzwoniliśmy i zadzwoniliśmy. Niedługo przyjechałem na posterunek. "- Brakuje miejsc na jadalni. Ludzie palą na leżakach na plaży, bo zamiast informacji o zakazie i o strefach palenia jest info o tym że nie należy karmić kaczek. Pokoje zbyt małe dla 2 osób, przy 3 osobach przebywanie w nich, nawet tylko wieczorem, to dramat. Rozumiem że pokój mam w ostatnim dniu zwolnić o 10.00, ale że hotel muszę opuścić o 10.30 to przesada. Powinna być możliwość przebywania w hotelu do 11.30. Brak atrakcji dla dorosłych - pełno okropnie głośnych gier dla dzieci.. Hotel przy bardzo ruchliwej ulicy. Pełno fruwającego robactwa. + Czysto, ładna plaża, leżaki zawsze dostępne i gratis (brawo). Posiłki i napoje ok. Bar z alkoholem wieczorem pracuje bardzo sprawnie. Obsługa w całym hotelu bardzo miła. Hotel ma atrakcje dla dzieci."

"Nowo otwarty hotel wypoczynkowy nad Balatonem dysponuje przyjemną strefą do degustacji szampana i wina, basenem z podgrzewaną wodą, zarówno wewnątrz, jak i na zewnątrz, a także wygodnymi miejscami do wypoczynku wewnątrz i na zewnątrz, a także spa z saunami o różnej temperaturze będzie tu dużo zabawy. Śniadania są dość obfite, kolacja również w formie bufetu. Jeśli zamówisz a la carte, jedzenie wyjdzie wolniej, a cena jest prawie taka sama jak w formie bufetu. Nad jezioro można dojść pieszo, zielona powierzchnia jeziora i różnorodne zajęcia wodne doskonale nadają się na rodzinne wakacje."

"Wracamy od lat, próbowaliśmy pokoi w obu budynkach. Naszym osobistym ulubieńcem jest Boutique części, z powodu jej bliskości do wody. Pokoje, które w tym roku były piękne odnowione, czekały na nas. Niesamowita czystość wszędzie i dobroć personelu jest wyjątkowa! Nie możemy czekać, aż wrócimy!"

"Avoid at all costs ! Me and my partner and his little daughter,came here for two nights , three weeks ago and it was spoiled by the majority of staff there and the food . The food was like warm and zero options for children . The tables outside were covered with mould , masses of cobwebs ,spiders . The waitress was extremely rude and ignored us when we asked anything. We ended up eating out for both nights because it was that bad . The rooms were a good size, with a big balcony but we did not see a cleaner once and when we came back to our rooms , the bathroom mirror was smeared with handprints , very slippery and Damp on the floor outside the bathroom which left a bad smell . The balcony was filthy and laced with thick cobwebs and spider. We also found a few little bugs in the mattress. We did complain to reception and they gave us some house wine as a good will gesture, which was thoughtful but nothing changed on the second night . The kitchen had no management and no sight of cleaners . This hotel is a good design and looks lovely outside but it seems the management team are non existent here and the standards are very poor . I do however feel that all the reception staff were lovely and agreed that the standards within the hotel needed to improve and they did agree a few previous customers have complained of similar things . I would never give this hotel another chance it return . This was part of a family break and a mini holiday for my partners little daughters birthday ,which was completely ruined . We did raise all our issues to the reception at the end and one of the reception ladies placed my partner on the phone to some woman from the directorship management ,who wasn’t even at the premises. My partner explained everything that we had experienced at this hotel . I firmly believe with a better management team , they could really make vast improvements in this hotel, employing staff,with a “can do “ attitude, in the near future but they have a long way to go , to get to that standard. I do hope the reception team find another job in a better run hotel because the ones that we did meet was very understanding and agreed with us and must of felt embarrassed for their let down team within the hotel grounds This is an honest review and I am disappointed it wasn’t a positive outcome from our vacation here . "Wszystko było świetne. Miejsce było dobre, pokoje były przestronne, a jedzenie było również smaczne. Byliśmy bardzo zadowoleni."

"Our room was clean, equipped with air conditioning, television, safe and minibar. The sheets, towels and the bathroom were clean. The room was warm when we arrived, but after a day it was cooled with the air-conditioner. The furniture is a bit old, but ok. The beds are a bit short for a 180cm adult, but it is not a big problem. The mattresses are comfortable. The rooms and the common places were beautifully renewed, the whole atmosphere is elegant and cozy. The breakfast is very good, with a lot of opportunities. Even with kids have got lot possibilities. In the evening there is live music during the dinner until 10pm. Because of this the rest during the evening is difficult. The minibar did not work properly, it was warm even at the maximum. We cant use it. At all: it is a good hotel, absolutely recommended, worth the price. "
