酒店坐落在阿爾山市的中心別墅區內，歐式浪漫的裝修風格，搭配草原特有風情配飾，三層別墅，十幾間房。既温馨浪漫又温暖。出門便看到兩面羣山的翠綠的松樹林和山頭變幻不停的白雲，坐在院子裏看雲捲雲舒，看晚霞，看雨…… 老闆娘親自打理，衞生，服務都沒得説。我從南到北出差旅遊幾十年，北方服務行業最差的就是服務了，但到這裏不用擔心了，老闆娘服務意識超強，我的腳受傷了，出去吃飯遊玩不方便，次次都是老闆娘車接車送的，免費的哈！老闆娘是旅遊業資深玩家，周邊的好吃的好玩的都有資源，自家還經營着20多年的鐵鍋燉，正宗，味道超好，老公吃到撐破肚皮了👍我本人吃素，老闆娘特意給我送了電鍋和小米，還把他家炸的特色氣餅分給我吃。 衹能説自己福報好，遇到這麼好老闆娘和這麼稱心的酒店，明年在來😊

I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.

這家店已經是我第二次來了，去年的阿爾山之行就是住的他們家，今年繼續選擇住他們家，説明他家的服務得到了我的認可。 首先是區位優勢，他們家馬路對面就是天池服務區，是景區的重要交通樞紐，從這坐車去各個景點都十分方便。 其次她家的環境真的十分乾淨整潔，在有限的條件下，達到了非常高的水準。 最後，他們家的老闆熱情大方有格局，對客人服務的熱情周到，對自家的酒店也有規劃和追求，一直在不斷的改進酒店的硬件設施。 希望以後能越來越好

白樺林賓館，名字聽着就很有故事，如同它的設計一樣，很多老闆的小巧思，老闆親切儒雅，會親自介紹房間的使用功能，並很用心維護它。 房間就是連結上描述的平方數，但是很好用，24寸行李箱攤開完全不影響走路，空間利用十分合理。 衞生很好，床品也舒服，感覺連一次性拖鞋的花邊都是特地挑選過的。 如果落腳後不知道吃什麼，那麼老闆優選的餐廳可以大膽放心試，是真的非常好！ 位置不用説了，離熱門景點火車站、聖泉廣場等都很近。

This is my first stay to write a review because this hotel is really good. The hardware conditions of the homestay are not very amazing. The room is not as big as expected, but the service is really attentive. The owner is very sincere and simple. Said that the room was cold and immediately sent electric heating, breakfast was sent to coffee, the restaurant music was very tasteful, the view of the terrace was also unique, especially when we checked out and couldn't get a taxi to the station, the owner personally drove it, and the trip to Aershan really left a good memory. Thanks again to the owner 🙏🏻

nice comfortable stay, in this super picturesque town. rooms were clean, comfortable beds, minimal noise. Staff were very patient and welcoming. shower and toilet in same room, but that's not a problem for us. Hot water available. Parking just outside. 5 minute walk from main road crossing a beautiful bridge. family bike hire also available nearby.

優點：位置在別墅區 稍微有點遠 整體蠻乾淨的 毛巾床品質量很好 接待熱情推薦可以去的景點 提前溝通帶寵物很順暢 缺點：屋內沒有空調 屋裡有裝修味道開窗很小不好通風 外賣點餐不能送達 整體不錯 很有品質 遊客很多半夜還有入住 早上會幫忙協調車輛開出去

The cabin has a strategic location, with the Pudong River right outside the window (see Figure 6). It only takes a few minutes to walk to the Pudong River and more than ten minutes to the Tianchi Transfer Center. The boss is very enthusiastic. In order not to delay your play time, he will help you pick up your travel bag from the transfer center, so that you can directly board the transfer bus and play. I didn't feel damp in the cabin. It was quite wonderful to fall asleep listening to the sound of the river water! This beef hot pot is a set meal, starting price is 168, it contains steak, and it tastes pretty good. Overall good, recommend to everyone!

房間不大但設施還算齊全，在旅遊旺季的阿爾山性價比算是相當不錯了。位置不錯，離五里泉很近，周邊吃飯、閑逛都很方便。老闆很熱情，幫忙指揮停車、拿大件行李，有什麼問題都會想辦法處理。還有住他家吃飯很方便，樓下的餐廳味道還可以。

I booked the room for my family, mostly elderly people, mainly for convenience and access to food and drinks. This place is indeed a bit cold, but my family said the conditions are acceptable, the facilities are complete, and they weren't cold. They can find food easily, so it's alright!
