„入住前在各平台刷到一些差評讓我很忐忑，給家人做了很多鋪墊「可能民宿環境有點勉強，忍一忍！」辦入住時前台小姐姐的服務非常nice，有一絲安慰到，接着進房間之後就是非常意外，很乾凈温馨！我家孩子奶奶是出門要住四星以上酒店的潔癖人士，進門後跟我説了句很有哲理的話「不要看網上説什麼，一定要自己親身感受才是真實。」 ps：整個阿爾山供電有限，酒店沒有空調是可以理解的，房間裏給配了小米電加熱器，我們入住是帶隔斷家庭套房，我和孩子阿姨住裡間插電取暖很暖和，孩子爸爸和奶奶住外間沒插電暖氣，每人多要了床棉被，孩子奶奶説好像他們小時候冬天冷但是被窩裡暖暖的，睡了一個好覺。”

„⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐I highly recommend the Atour Hotel in Arxan! The location is absolutely fantastic. It's a short walk to the snack street, and there are plenty of restaurants and supermarkets nearby, making it super convenient for finding food at night. Getting around, whether by taxi or self-driving, is also very easy. The room was clean and tidy, with brand-new facilities. The bedding was soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing was good, so I got a great night's sleep. The front desk staff were warm and patient, handling check-in and check-out efficiently, and patiently answering any questions I had. Overall, my stay far exceeded my expectations. If you're visiting Arxan, this is definitely the place to choose. I'll pick Atour again next time I'm in Arxan, and I recommend it to all travelers!”

„大床房空間很寬敞，大床尺寸足夠，床墊軟硬適中，枕頭舒適度也很好，一覺睡到天亮。房間打掃得十分乾淨，床品柔軟無異味，採光和通風都不錯。衞浴熱水出得快且穩定，空調靜音效果好，隔音在線，外界噪音基本聽不到。設施齊全，床頭插座佈局合理，獨自出行或情侶入住都很合適，性價比很高，下次還會選擇這家。”

„I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.”
