„入住前在各平台刷到一些差評讓我很忐忑，給家人做了很多鋪墊「可能民宿環境有點勉強，忍一忍！」辦入住時前台小姐姐的服務非常nice，有一絲安慰到，接着進房間之後就是非常意外，很乾凈温馨！我家孩子奶奶是出門要住四星以上酒店的潔癖人士，進門後跟我説了句很有哲理的話「不要看網上説什麼，一定要自己親身感受才是真實。」 ps：整個阿爾山供電有限，酒店沒有空調是可以理解的，房間裏給配了小米電加熱器，我們入住是帶隔斷家庭套房，我和孩子阿姨住裡間插電取暖很暖和，孩子爸爸和奶奶住外間沒插電暖氣，每人多要了床棉被，孩子奶奶説好像他們小時候冬天冷但是被窩裡暖暖的，睡了一個好覺。”

„白樺林賓館，名字聽着就很有故事，如同它的設計一樣，很多老闆的小巧思，老闆親切儒雅，會親自介紹房間的使用功能，並很用心維護它。 房間就是連結上描述的平方數，但是很好用，24寸行李箱攤開完全不影響走路，空間利用十分合理。 衞生很好，床品也舒服，感覺連一次性拖鞋的花邊都是特地挑選過的。 如果落腳後不知道吃什麼，那麼老闆優選的餐廳可以大膽放心試，是真的非常好！ 位置不用説了，離熱門景點火車站、聖泉廣場等都很近。”

„服務：從前台到樓層清潔的工作人員都很熱情 環境：明亮舒適，室外零下40度的阿爾山，房間內温暖如夏，喝着酒店前台的冰咖啡（深烘豆）吃着冰糖葫蘆一點不違和 衞生：房間和走到衞生都很乾凈 美中不足的地方是酒店冬季麼有早餐，要在旁邊的店裡點餐，吃多了肉沒有吃到蔬菜和水果，不過即使在最冷的季節酒店周圍吃飯的地方也很多，一次滿意的選擇”

„I am a young Englishman on a 20 day solo self-drive road trip across northern Heilongjian and Inner Mongolia. After my stay in Hulun Buir, I decided to drive down to Arxan for 2 nights exploring. I booked this stay based off of the other foreign guests' positive experience. I arrived in the town late in the evening. The boss was waiting for me and was attentive and welcoming from the start. The room is very spacious and comfortable, and the temperature was just right. Everything is provided and replaced when needed. After hiking in the national park, I came back to the boss and his extended family making CNY preparations. Then I was invited to drink Chinese tea (Dian Hong) at their tea table. I was then welcomed to eat with the family, drink beer and eat until I was full. I was welcomed not just as a guest of theirs, but as a family friend. In mid-winter, Aershan/Arxan is a quiet and cold place. I came as part of a long journey taking my rented 4x4 Tank 300 through the snow and ice on routes apart of the Hulun Buir Snow and Ice Festival. My journey was peaceful, solemn and isolated. The hospitality and warm welcome was exactly what I needed after my long drive alone and it is a memory I will take home to the UK with me. I highly recommend this guesthouse, especially if you are travelling solo across this wilderness. Thank you brother. I look forward to returning in the near future with my partner, and when my mandarin is better.”

„阿爾山第一站我們非常慶幸選擇了該酒店，酒店房間很舒服，工作人員都很熱情，前台工作人員彬彬有禮和藹可親，熱情的告訴我們如何乘車去阿爾山景區，給我們一種賓至如歸的感覺，酒店的早餐玉米碴子粥好喝 酒店背後有一條景觀道，沿途環境非常優美，屬於阿爾山市規劃的景觀道，步行6-7分鐘就可以到汽車站 酒店也有共享單車（哈倫單車）可騎，每1個小時2元，我們在阿爾山市2天，就都是騎車遊覽，非常方便。感謝酒店，以後秋天再次遊覽阿爾山，一定會再來！”

„一進大堂，工作人員熱情禮貌，辦理入住手續迅速又高效。房間更是讓我驚喜，空間寬敞，佈置温馨，床品柔軟舒適，躺上去就不想起來。房間衞生也無可挑剔，一塵不染，各種設施設備嶄新且齊全，智能馬桶、智能電視還有貼心準備的小零食和歡迎水果，細節滿滿。有機會還會再來入住！！”

„Staying at a guesthouse near the Tianchi service area is very convenient, as it's close to the scenic area shuttle bus. The owner of Shangan Guesthouse is incredibly kind and welcoming, treating us like family. The large kang (heated brick bed) we booked was warm all night, and the food was delicious and tasted just like home. I especially loved the wild vegetable buns for breakfast. We had a very comfortable stay with no unpleasant room odors, and the soundproofing was acceptable. I think this is a very good guesthouse in the mountains, and I would definitely choose this guesthouse again if I visit Arxan again! 😆”
