The staff were lovely and upgraded our room for free and gave us an extra breakfast card. The breakfast was amazing with so many options (fruit, vegetables, juice, eggs etc). „酒店房間本身不錯，位置好，窗外可以直接看到東江湖的景色。但服務太太太差了，首先這兩天白天接近30度的天氣，房間的中央空調居然是熱空調，住了兩天，和前台反應了四五次，都衹説“因為是中央空調調不了”，請問這個天氣誰會要熱空調？衹能開着房門窗户通風散熱。 其次，送水之類的服務非常非常磨蹭，第一個電話永遠是不會來的，過了半個小時，第二第三個電話過去，才會有人來送。希望要一床薄被，阿姨拿到房間來才套的被套，想麻煩工作人員把電視調好，他們自己也不熟悉搞不定。 整體體驗因為服務問題大打折扣。”

„We chose this Inn due to the room size and it’s able to accompany my whole family with 2 big beds. Upon checking in we were amazed at the level of cleanliness and the excellent condition of the room. Room was very comfortable and the heating function was excellent. Host Mr Yu was very nice and we enjoyed their served meals at restaurant quality. They also can help you with itineraries and tour planning if you are not sure where to visit and help arrange reliable transportation. The place is also very near to the famous Yangtian Lake (Mini Switzerland), just a 10min drive further up hill. Overall experience was great, thanks to the host Mr Yu and team.”

„我訂的房間是房費含門票，這樣節省一點費用。酒店就在景區門口挺方便的，房間乾淨衞生，花灑🚿出水快沖涼很舒服，早餐還可以吧，好吃的有殺豬粉，其他一般般。酒店的充電樁好奇葩，收費挺貴的要2.15元一度電，慢充，充完要馬上挪車，不挪車要繳費一分鐘收取一毛錢佔位費，充滿電需要7個多小時，那要半夜3點多去挪車，挺不現實的！充了半個多小時後，還是自已開車去附近的國網直流快充，45分鐘充滿，一來一去用了一個多小時，挺折騰的。高椅嶺景色不錯。”

I had a wonderful stay at Dongjiang Lake Guishu – Holiday Villa in Chenzhou. The hotel is extremely comfortable and conveniently located close to most major attractions around Dongjiang Lake. The staff were exceptionally polite, warm, and always ready to help at any time, which made the stay truly stress-free. Special thanks to 薛畅, who was always available and went out of her way to assist with every request. Her dedication and hospitality made a big difference. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chenzhou. 🌿✨

I hid in the homestay, took a big breath of oxygen, and unloaded all my fatigue. For this window, I am willing to praise this homestay a thousand times. Who understands? The moment I wake up and open the curtains, the blue sky, green leaves, and white clouds are so healing! I feel like my whole body is healed just by daydreaming and letting go without doing anything. The point is! What's going on here? The local specialties are delicious, but it's a bit too comprehensive! After dinner, you can play Mahjong and sing songs. This little life is so comfortable that I really want to stay here forever.

The room was very spacious and clean. It was well maintained. The service was excellent as well. We used the self-service laundry but we did not have to monitor the duration of the wash. The staff will help to monitor and will transfer the laundry to the dryer after the wash. They will also sent it to the room after the laundry was dried. Although it was suppose to be self-service, they did almost everything for us.! 👍👍👍 The price was also reasonable.

我們是來漂流的在網上看好評才訂的房間，本來訂的是雙床房，朋友想打麻將老闆娘就幫我們免費升級了麻將雙床房，一進門驚艷到我了房間好大，空氣很好，有一個大大的陽台能看到外面的風景和漂流公司的大門，晚上睡覺很安靜，床很舒適，樓頂曬衣服方便還有洗衣機可以免費使用，值得推薦的是一樓的飯菜很可口價格很也公道，此次旅行總結吃的滿意住的舒心玩的開心，已經推薦給朋友了，下次有機會再來莽山一定還會選擇這家客棧

It was a very nice stay! It’s located on the lake and you can see the blue water from outside the window. The breakfast was very yummy and it was also complimentary. They also had dinner with a lot of different selection options I got the fishie. It’s located in some type of mini town it has like a foodish market outside and a boat takeout place on the lake. The room itself was good you had a tub and a shower also the AC machine thing had both ac and heat with was nice.

The hotel is conveniently located in-between Gaoyiling scenic area and Dongjiang Lake, approximately 6 km to both scenic spots. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. Room is large, clean and comfortable. And room heater operates smoothly. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and has many varieties. We were satisfied with our stay here and will recommend to our family members and friends.

Hotel is close by Mang Shan National park. Very convenient location to visit this famous National Park. This hotel is very well maintained with good amenities and staff are friendly and supportive. The restaurant manager Li Xiao Yan 李晓燕is a very professional staff and serves the customers full of passion. She sought to understand our needs and help to select the best dishes for us ( not really expensive dishes). We have very delicious and enjoyable dining and unforgettable experience. Really appreciated for her services and customer oriented mind set. This hotel is also offering a no. of well designed hot springs with beats views. After hot spring bathing, can also enjoy fruit bar ( free), reading books ! An interesting and unique hot spring experience

Staff was very polite, cheerful and helpful. We did not speak mandarin but the front desk was patient and accommodating to all our enquiries. Special mention for Li Fan at the front desk as she went the extra mile to guide and provide an excellent service at multiple occasions. Chef Yang Yan Fei at the hotel restaurant was so generous and welcoming. On knowing that we are vegetarian, she made us great vegetarian meal and ensured we were fed well. Food was very tasty and the kitchen looked clean. We opted for a parent-child room which was very spacious with a Lego wall (very useful to keep the kids engage in free time). Toilet was clean and new. Overall all the room renovations were excellent for the price point. The hotel is 5 min walk from the high speed rail station, compared to other hotels at downtown Chenzhou this one had better proximity to wanhua caves (17mins by didi) and yangtianhu grassland (70mins by didi). (Dongjiang lake was about 50mins from the location).

不得不五星好評一下這家店，無論是住的環境還是老闆都值得誇一誇！晚上八點多到的，到了發現訂的床不夠大，老闆娘直接給我們給了兩間大的讓我們選免費換，民宿就是很親民的環境，房間乾淨衞生，老闆娘早上做了好多南瓜粑粑給我們吃，還不收費，中午還煮好飯留我們吃，真的沒有遇到過這麼熱情的老闆啊，最後時間來不及沒有吃，又煮了兩個雞蛋給我帶走，這是什麼神仙老闆！圖一二四五就是坐她家裡拍的，撒網就是在她家路前面的馬路邊拍的，直接省了景點門票，總之很推薦！謝謝老闆的熱情招待，最後祝老闆生意興隆！
