„I had a fantastic stay at City Center Hotel. The location was perfect for sightseeing, just a 5-minute walk to major attractions. My room was clean and comfortable with curtains that ensured a good night's sleep. The staff were friendly and attentive, especially the front desk who helped with restaurant recommendations. Breakfast had a good variety, though I wished for more hot options. Overall, great value for the price and I would definitely stay here again””

„我訂的房間是房費含門票，這樣節省一點費用。酒店就在景區門口挺方便的，房間乾淨衞生，花灑🚿出水快沖涼很舒服，早餐還可以吧，好吃的有殺豬粉，其他一般般。酒店的充電樁好奇葩，收費挺貴的要2.15元一度電，慢充，充完要馬上挪車，不挪車要繳費一分鐘收取一毛錢佔位費，充滿電需要7個多小時，那要半夜3點多去挪車，挺不現實的！充了半個多小時後，還是自已開車去附近的國網直流快充，45分鐘充滿，一來一去用了一個多小時，挺折騰的。高椅嶺景色不錯。”

„酒店房間本身不錯，位置好，窗外可以直接看到東江湖的景色。但服務太太太差了，首先這兩天白天接近30度的天氣，房間的中央空調居然是熱空調，住了兩天，和前台反應了四五次，都衹説“因為是中央空調調不了”，請問這個天氣誰會要熱空調？衹能開着房門窗户通風散熱。 其次，送水之類的服務非常非常磨蹭，第一個電話永遠是不會來的，過了半個小時，第二第三個電話過去，才會有人來送。希望要一床薄被，阿姨拿到房間來才套的被套，想麻煩工作人員把電視調好，他們自己也不熟悉搞不定。 整體體驗因為服務問題大打折扣。”

„酒店位置就在江邊，徽式建築是江邊的一道靚麗風景，春節期間可看到江邊的對岸煙花不斷，氛圍感很好，大堂布置的相當喜慶，服務態度也特別好，看我們帶着孩子給我們升級了房型面積大了很多，還贈送伴手禮，有濕紙巾和東江魚特產，體驗感特別好！”

„Wel situated, near the forbidden city and walking distance from a few malls. Staff is very helpful and the lobby is very inviting. Would recommend this hotel to anyone. Bed are comfy and rooms are super clean, everything you might need is provided.”

„Q性價比：不能談性價比，郴州城市區整體建設水平不行，東江湖9在酒店這個位置吧很不協調很不搭，住在這有一種脱戲的感覺，這種檔次更適合一些平均富裕的城市。 服務：服務還可以，跟進也及時，但是配套整體問題較多，服務再好也不一定完全取決問題。 3口味：早餐Q種類一般般，有該有的也有當地特色的一些食材，製作的味道各方面都還不錯。 P停車：離郴州西站距離很遠，要一個多小時的路程，既然走高端路線就應該配備專車接送服務，但是並沒有。 問題： 房間佈局還可以，床對着衞生間的玻璃有點尷尬。 陽台湖景視野比較小，看不了大全景，而且景色不百萬福包地，效果不行。 細節決定成敗，如果衹是學了個皮毛那就是樣子貨。 衞生間泡池出水量小的可憐等加滿水要好久，而且一到用水高峯期就沒熱水了，那最開始的基礎設施建設就沒做到位。 泡池上來牆上至少有個扶手以防摔倒，包括掛浴袍的掛鈎這些也沒有都完全沒想到位，以待後面逐步完善解決。”

„The hotel doesn’t look new but surprisingly the rooms were modernized with smart controls. Good location as the hotel is near to Wuling Square. Breakfast was simple and nice. Overall, good value for money.”
