„Hotel facilities were overall great, their breakfast was better than their other meals. Overall hotel is not bad. The only issue is the hotel is on this island that does not allow blue plate cars (gas car) to go into the island. We had to park outside of the island and take a shuttle which was a bit annoying bringing our luggages and also going to our rental car.”

„The beach in front of the hotel was beautiful. We went for kitesurfing on this side of Hainan and the location was great. The hotel is nice, although there are some parts of the façade that need some wall painting. The big pool is very nice (also need some upgrading though). all in all it was a nice hotel. Chinese food in the restaurant was very tasty and good quality. Breakfast buffet was nice as well (Mostly chinese dishes ewhich we love, but had bread, butter, marmalade and coffee). The reception is helpful, but is better if you speak chinese. the is a (automatic-no staff) supermarket and indoor playground. We had a good time. To go to other restaurants, we had to take taxi, but easy to do with DiDi.”

„Bringing my parents and kids to see the sea, this guesthouse became the most delightful surprise of our trip. The room was very clean and spacious, and the best part was the huge balcony with an unobstructed view of the sea – a truly unobstructed ocean view. The beach was just a short walk away, where the kids happily dug in the sand, and the elderly relaxed in rocking chairs, basking in the sun – a picture of pure bliss. The butler service was very thoughtful, providing detailed parking directions and a list of nearby restaurants in advance. Both the elders and children had a fantastic time; it was definitely worth the money! Highly recommended for families with children.”

The location is perfect with a lovely view of the beach from our balcony. The staff members were all very nice and accommodating. Breakfast is pretty nice. The pool is amazing. The fish foot spa is an interesting experience for no charge and there is recreational area including billiards and ping pong. Complimentary high tea in the afternoon is nice.

房間都是側海景，不是正海景。 早餐比較一般，吐司沒有配黃油。 工作人員衹會理解字面意思，備註的高樓層，遠離電梯。意思就是需要安靜少打擾的房間。 結果給安排在7樓餐飲旁邊，早上工作人員備餐吵死了。 樓下海灘有露天KTV，快22點才消停。 淡季性價比不錯，整潔， 衞生，周邊方便。

This is a great place to stay, a little hard to find as it’s on such a massive complex. Thankfully a kind person drove me to the correct building. The landlady was great and happy to communicate. The room was very clean and the balcony very good. My only warning is that I closed the balcony door while I was in the balcony smoking and the door would not open to let me back in. There is no handle on the outside of the door and so I was left outside for 15 minutes trying to open it. The landlady said she would send someone up to help but thankfully I managed to open the door finally (great as I had deadlocked the front door). The apartment is lovely as is the landlady.

Walk 12-15mins from Qionghai Railway Station. Good location. Hotel has 7 floors serviced by 1 lift. Big lobby, premises clean, Free tea at lobby. Stayed on 4th floor, next to laundry room, 1 washing machine, no dryer. Room has usual amenities, 2 single beds, 4 pillows, 6 clothes hangers, long shelf below projection TV. No breakfast. Separate toilet/bath. Bath n face towels, floor towel mat, 2 sets slippers. Besides water, 4 sachets of tea provided, ceramic mugs. Writing space with Chair, shared bedside table. Adequate sockets for charging phones. Balcony with full height sliding glass. Got rain shower. Easy parking, restaurants, supermarkets within 400m radius. Clean and comfortable hotel. Qionghai itself quiet, less attractions and not so vibrant. Public buses need long wait, you probably need to use taxis or Didi.

Nice apartment, with a bathtub on the balcony. The apartment itself was a bit dated, and could benefit from a softer mattress. Other than that, the location is not bad for the area, with beaches nearby.

The lady owner of this hotel is amazing. Not only does she run a fantastic hotel, but she is amazingly friendly and an excellent chef. The room was very spacious and had views of the fishing harbour. Breakfast each morning was delicious, prawn porridge with a different selection of anchovies, fried bread, plant pancake and others. We ate dinner there twice and the fresh seafood tasted amazing, cooked perfectly by the lady owner each time. The hotel is just over 2 km from the fishing village where most of the shops and restaurants are, but the lady owner again came to our rescue and gave us her electric motorbike so that we could travel around.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. The room had a beautiful beach view and the location is convenient, close to the town area with many restaurants. We were also honored to be the first guests in their newly designed art room, which was very comfortable and unique. Our trip here was very special, as we came in search of our long-lost relatives with very limited information. We are extremely grateful to the lady boss, who was so kind and helpful. She not only asked around for us but even personally drove us to the village area. Thanks to her generosity and warmhearted support, we were able to find our relatives. This stay was truly unforgettable, and we deeply appreciate her kindness. 这家酒店让我们留下了非常美好的回忆。房间可以看到漂亮的海景，位置也很方便，靠近镇上，附近有很多餐厅。我们很荣幸成为他们全新艺术设计房的第一批客人，房间舒适又有特色。 这次旅行对我们来说意义非凡，因为我们是带着有限的线索来寻找失散多年的亲人。非常感谢老板娘的热心帮助，她不仅帮我们打听，还亲自开车带我们到村里去寻找。在她的热情和善意支持下，我们终于找到了亲人。我们对她充满感激，这次的入住体验令人难忘。

The staff is really kind even if they do not speak English. The room (a suite) was of the right dimension, it even had two in suite bathrooms (both of them without a window). Also in one of the bedrooms (the one with the single bed) there was no window. The smaller bathroom stinks a little bit. In the room it was not provided free water nor big towels for the shower. On the balcony (facing an indoor lot) there was a place to hang the laundry. Really nearby the beaches and to the street with restaurants.

The apartment has a huge balcony with a nice view. It is a bit run down, and there is no hot water. They provide single-use paper towels. The complex has a nice pool, but it is far away from the food, and the sea is the worst in the area. There are electric bikes on the road to use.
