„Q性價比：不能談性價比，郴州城市區整體建設水平不行，東江湖9在酒店這個位置吧很不協調很不搭，住在這有一種脱戲的感覺，這種檔次更適合一些平均富裕的城市。 服務：服務還可以，跟進也及時，但是配套整體問題較多，服務再好也不一定完全取決問題。 3口味：早餐Q種類一般般，有該有的也有當地特色的一些食材，製作的味道各方面都還不錯。 P停車：離郴州西站距離很遠，要一個多小時的路程，既然走高端路線就應該配備專車接送服務，但是並沒有。 問題： 房間佈局還可以，床對着衞生間的玻璃有點尷尬。 陽台湖景視野比較小，看不了大全景，而且景色不百萬福包地，效果不行。 細節決定成敗，如果衹是學了個皮毛那就是樣子貨。 衞生間泡池出水量小的可憐等加滿水要好久，而且一到用水高峯期就沒熱水了，那最開始的基礎設施建設就沒做到位。 泡池上來牆上至少有個扶手以防摔倒，包括掛浴袍的掛鈎這些也沒有都完全沒想到位，以待後面逐步完善解決。”

„非常不錯的民宿，從預訂後，老闆就會開始提供各種貼心的服務，比如， 我們是自駕遊，老闆會提前收集車牌幫我們錄入並安排好免費車位，一到就直接能自由進； 我們預訂的是一大一小兩個房間，正好有其他空房，老闆會主動幫我們升級服務； 進房間還有免費水果和飲用水，不夠可以自己在冰箱拿水； 民宿共兩層，有客人入住也會盡量和我們的樓層錯開，提供了很好的私隱服務，自己在一層裏兩個房間穿梭，真的有種住家的感覺； 除了服務用心，民宿的裝修細節，也讓我覺得老闆對服務是用心的，基本傢俱和衞浴甚至瓷磚都是品牌的，另外一樓公共廚房配了洗衣機，冰箱廚具碗筷，洗衣液和各種調料，還有雞蛋和麪條，真的是方方面面想到了，怎麼能讓人不喜歡，而位置上，民宿直接就在江邊，而且樓層是五樓，看下去剛剛好，反正拍照挺出片，特別是一樓客廳的落地窗，可惜後面的行程我們都安排好了，要不然真想多住兩天～anyway～下次重遊，還是會再光顧，感謝老闆這兩天的招待～”

„We booked a family room for a few friends who wanted to stay together. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the scenic area and has a swimming pool and a tea room, which is perfect for groups to hang out, chat, and play cards. The air quality and environment are excellent. The staff shared tips for dining, entertainment, and sightseeing, and helped us buy discounted tickets for the attractions, which was very convenient and saved us money. To see the morning mist at Dongjiang Lake, you have to get up early, and staying close by saved us 1-2 hours of waking up early. Plus, it's convenient to get anywhere from here. The front desk staff was very helpful, thumbs up! 👍”

I had a wonderful stay at Dongjiang Lake Guishu – Holiday Villa in Chenzhou. The hotel is extremely comfortable and conveniently located close to most major attractions around Dongjiang Lake. The staff were exceptionally polite, warm, and always ready to help at any time, which made the stay truly stress-free. Special thanks to 薛畅, who was always available and went out of her way to assist with every request. Her dedication and hospitality made a big difference. Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Chenzhou. 🌿✨

The location is highly recommended for a night stay to visit Dongjiang Lake! It is 5mins walk to the tickets purchase/admission centre. Clean toilet, good shower pressure, comfortable beds. Most interesting experience is the room smart control Xiao Du. Can check it out if you have the opportunity!

設施：進到房間裏整潔明亮，超巨大落地窗外的美景盡收眼底，數鴨子數了好久🥹關上窗簾放下專用幕布小孩子看投影儀也是不亦樂乎，畫面大且清晰，洗手間智能馬桶跟衞浴也是亮點，高科技滿滿，吹風機吹頭髮也很快乾😆 衞生：主理人很靠譜，打掃衞生後自己都會上樓檢查，檢查完畢後讓管家帶上樓，詳細講解了入户門解鎖等，連入户的樂高和球桿看起來都是鋥光瓦亮。 環境：環境在一個小區內，入閘門後右轉十幾米左拐，停車也很好停，我們是一台7座商務，停車完全沒壓力，一下車樓下的空氣也是非常清新😎 服務：這個真的沒得説，我是凌晨五六點抵達樓下，天都還沒亮打了電話老闆立馬下來引導停車，小孩子車上剛醒下來鬧脾氣也一起安撫，第二天去的東江湖也幫忙也買票，得了實在優惠，早餐在小區外路口的粉店，郴州粉真的好吃，讓我印象深刻，總之是一趟非常滿意的旅程，感謝老闆給我們全家帶來了這麼好的旅遊體驗，非常感激，會再來的，而且會推薦身邊朋友一起來！🥰

The hotel is in a good location, just a minute walking to Dongxiang Lake entrance. Although the room has no beautiful view, the room is clean and worth to stay. The staff here is also fabulous. He is so nice and helpful. He recommended many restaurants and all he suggested are all great. Thank you so much for warm welcome!

It was a very nice stay! It’s located on the lake and you can see the blue water from outside the window. The breakfast was very yummy and it was also complimentary. They also had dinner with a lot of different selection options I got the fishie. It’s located in some type of mini town it has like a foodish market outside and a boat takeout place on the lake. The room itself was good you had a tub and a shower also the AC machine thing had both ac and heat with was nice.

這家民宿真的讓人驚喜，隨手訂的一家，沒想到這麼好，改變了我對民宿的認知。一路遊玩到這裏，住過的酒店民宿就屬這家最好，房間乾淨整潔，床品舒適，大廳也很優雅，吃飯 吃早餐都很方便，最主要的是離景區特別的近，三兩分鐘就到了，游完景區還可以回來睡個回籠覺，簡直不要太好了😊，老闆服務態度也特別熱情，有問必答，很耐心的給你講解遊玩攻略美食推薦，讓人感覺到特別的温暖，像是來到了朋友家一樣，良好的入住體驗，讓我果斷又多住了一晚，值得推薦！已經推薦給朋友了！！贊贊贊

The hotel is conveniently located in-between Gaoyiling scenic area and Dongjiang Lake, approximately 6 km to both scenic spots. Check-in and check-out was quick and efficient. Room is large, clean and comfortable. And room heater operates smoothly. Staff are friendly, courteous and helpful. Breakfast was delicious and has many varieties. We were satisfied with our stay here and will recommend to our family members and friends.

Located in a peaceful area, the staff are super friendly, greeting with hot drink and fresh fruit. Room is lovely and cozy, ac works well, bed is comfy, everything works well except the toilet is easily stuck, and some corners are dusty. Includes breakfast but gotta walk 8-10 mins. So I skip it. Recommend visit in summer time.

不得不五星好評一下這家店，無論是住的環境還是老闆都值得誇一誇！晚上八點多到的，到了發現訂的床不夠大，老闆娘直接給我們給了兩間大的讓我們選免費換，民宿就是很親民的環境，房間乾淨衞生，老闆娘早上做了好多南瓜粑粑給我們吃，還不收費，中午還煮好飯留我們吃，真的沒有遇到過這麼熱情的老闆啊，最後時間來不及沒有吃，又煮了兩個雞蛋給我帶走，這是什麼神仙老闆！圖一二四五就是坐她家裡拍的，撒網就是在她家路前面的馬路邊拍的，直接省了景點門票，總之很推薦！謝謝老闆的熱情招待，最後祝老闆生意興隆！
