Hotele w Ko Samet z balcony

I have stayed at Flamingo Villa before (In the Garden Room), but this time I decided to stay in the loft room, which apparently is called the Family Room. Flamingo Villa is somewhat strange, since the ”Hotel” is basically three rooms within the Samed Your House hotel. Our neighbors actually knocked on our door to try and check in ~ You need to call the phone number for Flamingo Villa in order to check in, as someone will come out to meet you. So, bottom line up front: Flamingo Villa is awesome, but get ready to kill a lot of mosquitos! The owners do a good job of lighting incense sticks to try and keep the them away, but there are fountains around the area and the mosquitos are no joke. I would say I killed at least 10 in our room, so it is super important to make sure you close the sliding doors behind you every time you go in and out of the room. The Family Room was awesome. The lower floor is basically a living room with a large day bed and a big TV with great speakers. The toilet room is separate from the shower. The stairs to the loft are pretty steep, but once you get up there it is really nice. There are two queen beds in the loft, and the glass wall and sliding door separate the bedroom from the main room, which is great because the bedroom has its own AC unit, and the glass keeps out the mosquitoes. The beds were comfortable, but be careful because the ceiling is very low above the beds. The view from up in the loft is very peaceful, and the owners obviously spent a lot of time decorating the place (The Christmas tree was still up while we were there). The hotel is a 5 minute walk from Sai Kaew Beach, and the pier for the ferry is only a 10 minute walk ~ but you can take a mini bus if you would like. The hotel is close to restaurants and stores, and there are two 7-11s close to the beach. We rented a motor bike the last time we were in Koh Samed, but Sai Kaew Beach seems to be the nicest on the island, so we just hung out there. I love Flamingo Villa, and I am sure I will stay there again in the future.

Second time here and still enjoying. Just one night there and can totally relax and turn off from worries. Staff is so nice and view from every point is incredible. Beach is clean and villas are so adorable.

One of the nicest resorts on the island with the nicest staff attending to us. The rooms are more than adequate for our needs and the food in the restaurant delicious! The beach is quiet and not as busy as other places on the island hence the reason why I will be going back there!

Newly renovated rooms; comfortable & cleaned. Beautiful private peaceful beach. All the hotel staff that we had contacted did excellent jobs. Enjoyed live music & a fire show in the evening. We gave 200 THB to the fire show men. Frankly speaking, their fire show skills are much better than Hawaii. (Except, no hip dance) It would be nice if the other hotel guests would have given them some tips, too. Everything was good, except the music at the restaurant by the beach was a bit too loud. I will return to stay at this hotel again if I go to Samed next time.

Хороший отель за свои деньги . Расположение отличное ,от пирса пешком 6 минут , до кайфового пляжа буквально 2 минуты , внизу 7/11 ,кафе,массаж ,прачка, фрукты. Выдают один ключ на всю семью,немного неудобно . По самому номеру ,есть все необходимое, постельное и полотенца конечно старенькие ,жизнь повидавшие . Уборка ,смена полотенец по запросу , чай,кофе,туалетную бумагу,воду пополняют каждый день . Есть балкончик . На ресепшен очень милая ,вежливая девушка. Мы отлично провели время . Рекомендую

Проживали в вилле. Чекин произошел значительно раньше на 4ч, за что огромное спасибо персоналу отеля! При этом нас предупредили что две кровати односпальные, попросили одну двухспальную, в течение 20 минут пока осматривали территорию отеля нам сделали двухспальную. В отеле два бассейна, один с видом на море, другой с видом на виллы. Оба бассейна чистые. Удобства в вилле: в номере имеется две бутылки воды, кофе машина(капсульная и две капсулы кофе), сейф, зонтики, полотенца, холодильник, чайник, расчестка, мыло, шампунь, гель для душа, шапочка для душа. И что самое поразительное это душ и отдельное помещение с ванной. Сама территория отеля находится в самом краю пляжа ao noi na. Территория тихая, закрытая, пляж тихий спокойный без толп туристов практический частный пляж. При этом в море есть морские ежи, на наших глазах несколько туристов наступили на морских ежей, персонал отеля помог им обработать раны. На ресепшене есть предупреждение о морских ежах. На территории есть ресторан. Еда вкусная но из минусов, еду готовят очень долго, в течение часа ожидали два блюда. В ресторане так же проходят завтраки. завтраки плотные вкусные, на любой вкус. Общее впечатление от отеля превосходное, надеюсь в следующую поездку на остров самет остановимся там вновь! Спасибо большое персоналу. Всем однозначно рекомендую к проживанию.

the sky seaside deluxe is spacious, clean and tidy, and it is located very close to the beach. sawasdee coco is located at one end of sai kaew beach, while it is still near other major beach restaurants, with fire shows, e.g. winkks, grand view and tonsak. it is worth mentioning that the staff are attentive. when i get to the sky seaside deluxe, i need to pass a short passageway via the beach and go up to the second floor. when i check out, the housekeeping staff members were just passed by and they proactively came to us and help us brought our luggages, not just to the front desk, but to the songthaew station. much appreciate that.

The location is really far off. In the last corner of the island. If you don’t have a motorcycle you don’t get around well. There is a shuttle bus which costs around 120 to get to the main area one way for two, but it isn’t that reliable. It is supposed to leave once per hour at 30min after the full hour but sometimes it leaves 5min early and you are stranded for the hour, sometimes you wait until 45min after the hour. The friendlieness of the staff was from super genuinely friendly and helpful to „ I don’t give the slightest **** for you“ really depends on the person. Breakfast was good, especially the thai soups. Eating dinner there is very expensive and not that good. The restaurant location outside is spectacular. With view over the sea in many directions. The huts where you stay are simply too small. I. Essence only a bed that you can walk around. No desk or something. No shelves or something where you could store or hang clothes. You have to live out of the luggage your suitcase. The issue is : there is only space to have one opened at the time, no space for two. That makes it rather inconvenient. The water in the romm is in glass bottles , but it is actually tab water smells like chlorine. I gor stomach pain drinking only one. We were told if we need drinking water , we must use the overpriced water from the minibar. The beach wasn’t that great. You don’t walk on sand and there was lots of rubble in the water, not pleasant to swim. I would not go there again

Nice resort on a fine beach, it's well designed with majority of the rooms facing the swimming pool The only downside may be it is not connected to the drop off point, and there isn't much choice for the breakfast

Saikaew Villa 65 is less than a 5 minute walk from the songthiaw drop off to get to the accommodation, after the 10 minute taxi ride from Ban Phe pier. We booked 3 Superior Twin rooms for family but the rooms were definitely not 'superior'. The rooms lacked any finesse, with a broken lampshade, gaps under the doors for mozzies to get in, a broken light in the bathroom and a leaking sink pipe, dodgy fridge connection and dead batteries in the aircon remote. The room itself was clean and the service for room cleaning was good, but the surrounding area around the rooms was dilapidated, with broken down storage buildings, remnants of building works and rubbish bags and cleaning equipment on display in the walkways each day. There was a definite lack of attention to detail. It was backpacker style but not with a backpacker price tag. I booked the rooms on a balcony, with a view of the courtyard garden, but there was nowhere to sit outside the room, no chairs provided, just small tables. The location is very good, a minute or so walk away from the beach. The attached restaurant, 'Joe's', was very efficiently run and the service there was excellent (thank you to the waiting staff, who were very friendly and helpful). For 60 baht for the day, a deckchair could be rented with an umbrella right on the sea front, and the restaurant staff provided towels for the deckchairs when asked. If you plan on spending little time in your rooms, and you don't mind the outside appearance of the accommodation, then Sai Kaew 65 is a great place to base yourself for all that Sai Kaew and Koh Samed has to offer.
