The rooms are spacious, impeccably clean, and truly luxurious. The spa facilities are outstanding—one of the best I’ve experienced! The food is incredibly delicious and offers a wide variety to suit every taste. "Please read my honest review. I will start by saying I would have give the hotel 7/10 but felt bribed by the hotel on exit to provide them with a 5/5 review to enter a draw for a free weekend stay at the hotel. I can’t help but feel that many of their reviews have been bought which doesn’t sit well with me. We stayed at the Kempinski hotel which is definitely better (and more expensive) than the Regnum. Regnum breakfast is average but I wasn’t expecting amazing. There was lots of choice but not much actual quality for me. The location is a walk from the slopes so if you are staying here rent skis close to the gondola and be prepared to walk instead of getting a crowded bus some days. Pool and downtime areas are ok but slightly overcrowded. Staff helpful. Room was pretty good but basic 3* Good clean stay but clearly resentment felt from buying reviews"

"Great hotel for our first family skiing holiday. We stayed half board and in the 2 bedroom apartment. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. The food was wonderful- but if you have fussy eaters you may struggle as there’s no chips and chicken nugget type options. The spa was brilliant and a welcome treat after a day of skiing. The whole hotel was really child friendly and welcoming. We will be returning."

"I have a special experience with this hotel. So I am staying for 2 nights. On the first night, they gave me a disabled room instead of what I had booked. I have tried to speak to the receptionist but have been told that it is fully booked, so they are not able to provide the room type that I booked. When I checked in, they did not mention anything about that. So I would advise to double check when you get into your room.I have talked to trip.com, and they informed me that the hotel has actually upgraded my room with a balcony. But I don't actually use the balcony and I would like to get the room type that I booked because that is what I need. So trip.com has sorted it out for me with the hotel manager and they agreed to change the room for me on the second night. I would say the room that I booked is much more bigger than the room that I stayed on the first night. There are pictures for both room below. I am glad that trip.com can sort this out for me and the hotel has changed it for me. Otherwise I probably will make a complaint about that. So, I am quite satisfied about sorting out the query. The room is clean in general. However, the pillow is not comfortable at all. A basic selection of breakfast. Location is quite good as it is only 5 to 10 minutes walk to ski schools and the resort. It is close to the restaurant as well. Staff are good, but I found a bit difficult to communicate in English. They can speak English, but I would say only basic conversation. The ski school in the hotel is too expensive. Although they said it is a VIP course but you can found somewhere cheaper in about 5 minutes walk."

"This hotel helped me “exhale” in a wonderful way of relaxation and nourishment while exploring Bulgaria. The room is spacious, has a private balcony, includes a lovely array of bath and beauty products including the large pump versions of shampoo/conditioner/lotion/bath wash as well as individual goodies like micellaire cleansing water! The red splashes of fabric with wood furniture works nicely. There is both a shower and a separate tub! The q tips are better than Q-tips! The gym is great and open 24/7. The pools and saunas and steamrooms are open til 9; my personal favorites after a swim were both the aroma steam room at 45 C and then the Finnish sauna at 90 C. The proximity to town is perfect."
