"This is an amazing hotel in Baños! It is an old mansion that has been carefully remodeled. The room we stayed in was beautifully decorated and comfortable! We loved it and will definitely be back. The staff (Caio, Carla, and Jose) is very friendly and the restaurant is excellent! We had wonderful meals there. The location is fantastic. I totally recommend this place!"

"We stayed at Posada for one night. It is a charming hotel in a very convenient location. The wonderful artwork for sale that is displayed on the hotel walls makes it feel like you are staying in a gallery. Our room was small, but well appointed. Sadly, the bed was not comfortable. The best part was that we had a lovely view of the waterfall. We stayed on a Saturday night when town was very busy. Even with the windows closed we could hear music and voices on the streets till about 2 AM. If the hotel provided a fan, and/or if we’d brought a sound machine, some of the noise may have been blocked. Breakfast the next morning was very good. I recommend the hotel except on weekends, unless you have a good sound machine or enjoy staying up late!"

"Excellent service and views. The location was a bit far if you venture out daily but nothing that was unreasonable. The rooms were cheap and affordable. The hot water did go out for a few days during my stay. I would say that was the only gripe I had."
