"Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, naprawdę dobre doświadczenie. Jeśli przyjdziesz tutaj oczekując Ritz, będziesz rozczarowany, ale uznaliśmy, że hotel jest doskonałą wartością za pieniądze. Pokoje są przestronne, czyste i wszystko dobrze działało. Łóżka są wygodne, pościel i ręczniki były codziennie zmieniane. Hotel ma ładny basen, saunę i pokój parowy, który był ładnym korzyścią po długim dniu narciarstwa. Zostaliśmy połowę deski i znaleźliśmy zarówno śniadanie i obiad jako dobrej jakości dom gotowane jedzenie, z ładnym wyborem mięsa, warzyw, sałatek i pustyni. Znowu, jeśli spodziewasz się wysokiej restauracji posiłek, to będziesz rozczarowany, ale to dokładnie to, czego szukaliśmy. Całkowicie za pieniądze, które zapłaciliśmy nie mogłam go winić i chętnie wróci."

"Trójcy jest w świetnej pozycji na krawędzi starego miasta, Pirin St. jest tuż za rogiem i wszystkie najlepsze restauracje są łatwe spacer w wieczorach. To trzeci raz, kiedy przebywamy w Trójcy i naprawdę lubimy to miejsce. Pokój był ogromny z wielkim widokiem na miasto z trzech okien, w tym stoły, zestaw i lodówka, co było wspaniałe. Kettle dostawa na życzenie personelu, który był bardzo pomocny. Byliśmy tylko łóżkiem i śniadaniem, a śniadanie różniło się między bufetem a indywidualnym, ponieważ czasami byliśmy jedynymi gościami w ciągu dziewięciu dni. Podsumowując, jest to doskonała wartość dla pobytu, jeśli chcesz idealne miejsce, miły pokój i spokojny nocny sen w starym mieście."

"We stayed from January 23rd to 26th. As a family of 5, we were greeted in a friendly and welcoming manner upon arrival, and check-in was fast. The room we had was very spacious, with two king-size beds and a double sofa bed in the lounge. The apartment was very clean and had all the facilities we could need. One minor issue, which didn't bother us since we don't watch TV on holiday, was that there were no batteries in either of the TV remote controls. The spa facilities were great, and we enjoyed visiting the spa after a day on the slopes. I booked a massage with Daisy, and she was fabulous and definitely knew her stuff. We would definitely stay again. Our trip to Bansko was faultless. Thank you for an amazing stay!"

"Hotel nie 4* hotel, z starym pomieszczeniem, nie działa pudełko bezpieczeństwa, z tarasem, że nie można zamknąć prawidłowo. W hotelu był w czasie, że byliśmy niektóre dziecięce obóz i muzyka i dzieci były bardzo głośne, co było problemem, ponieważ byliśmy z dzieckiem. Śniadanie było w porządku, ale oczekują, że po zjedzeniu oczyścisz stół."

"Unfortunately, I DO NOT recommend this accommodation. Booked a cheap holiday to Bansko, Unfortunately the room was unclean and smelt. We deep cleaned the apartment day 1 which didn't reduce the smell. Not well equipt, hot water ran out, no hair dryer and outdated furniture. Double room was 2 singles pushed together. Spa was due to be included but was quoted $10 lev. Owners smoking in the restaurant. Spent as little time as possible in this accommodation. Which is unfortunate due to the cold weather."

"Absolutely wonderful stay. The kindness of the hosts made it feel like home from home, without the squabbling children or yapping dogs! The hotel was spotless, comfy and incredibly well priced. No hesitation in recommending it, just not when I’m staying, so I can get a room! They have created a warm, relaxed bar area, which is perfect for post ski, pre dinner drinks and, of course, a night cap. This was my third and best stay yet. Will be back next year, if only to drink the fabulous wine Marin gave me, that I had to leave behind the bar. Superb people, lovely hotel and great town."

"We spent two nights in July 2025 . The stay was really excellent. Warm and friendly atmosphere in a cosy and charming place . The rooms are very confortable, and the food (homemade) was delicious . The tenants are very friendly . A place we highly recommend if you want to spend a couple of days in Bansko"

"I booked this hotel on Priceline where it advertises Free Airport Shuttle. I contacted the hotel to arrange the transfer and their response was "You must be joking if you expect free airport shuttle Come on " Whilst I wouldn't expect such an unprofessional response, more concerning, it is illegal to falsely advertise a service as part of the deal and to refuse to provide it. At the moment they are refusing to provide a refund. The screen shot of the false advertising is shown below."
