Pani Kang wysłała mi wiadomość na WeChat, a Kangkang bez słowa przyjechała do hotelu ze swojego miejsca zamieszkania i skontaktowała się z personelem hotelowej ambulatorium, który przesłał mi odpowiednie lekarstwo. Chociaż ta podróż nie była do końca przyjemna ze względów fizycznych, poczułam się niezwykle wdzięczna za ciepłą i troskliwą obsługę ze strony personelu Hotelu Jade.W tym miejscu pragnę podziękować gospodyni Kangkangowi oraz personelowi Hotelu Jade za umożliwienie naszym wakacyjnym gościom pobyt w hotelu.Twoje miejsce jest jak wiosenna bryza i naprawdę czujesz się jak w domu! "Hotel jest brudny. Zdecydowanie pluskwy, bo zostałem pogryziony. Zasłony w pokoju zakurzone jak cholera. Gorący basen, choć naturalny, nie był w pełni otwarty. 8 basenów, z czego tylko 3 nadawały się do użytku. Woda w pozostałych basenach była niedostępna. Temperatura przekraczała 50 stopni Celsjusza. Co oznacza, że pozostałe 3 były pełne ludzi i brudne jak cholera. Pokój miał piękne widoki i jacuzzi na balkonie. Męski personel recepcji był absolutnie okropny. Zachowywał się arogancko, kiedy poprosiłem o kartę do drugiego pokoju, a byłem tam z 4 dorosłymi. Pani była o wiele lepsza. Zdjęcie ugryzień, które zaogniły się po powrocie do domu. Zapłaciłem 150 dolarów za pokój dwupoziomowy, co było znacznie powyżej ceny wywoławczej. Moim zdaniem pokój powinien kosztować bliżej 70 dolarów."
