Hotel was located conveniently near the station, just a 10min walk from Interlaken West. Plenty of shops and amenities in the area as well. Even our paragliding activity was located a stone’s throw away so that was extra convenient for us. Service by the staff was excellent too. And there is also the cutest cat in the garden house!

I had a nice experience even though my room looked a bit old and worn out. The location is perfect, so close to many cafes and restaurants. The terrace on the first floor is also amazing, I had a great time having dinner and enjoying the view.

Room was very clean and cozy. The hotel staff was very friendly and supportive. They also gave me a ticket for free transportation in Interlaken during my stay there. Coffee was provided for free at the lounge. The location was convenient to go to the Interlaken West train station!

Very lovely hotel. I like the idea that it combines an elderly home together with a Hotel. Location is great, right next to the bus stop. Room is spacious and clean, its worth every penny i paid for

Friendly staffs especially the lady serving breakfast and coffee, great location, big and clean room, upgraded our 2 single room to a 2 double room, really nice gesture. I had to leave 6am for a day trip to Jungfraujoch and was given a packed breakfast, really really appreciated the good effort. Keep it up !

Hotel receptionist was friendly and helpful! The hotel room was spacious, clean and comfortable with 2 sinks ! The room service was great! It was always kept up to date and cleaned! I would definitely recommend, it’s 10 mins walk away from the Interlaken OST, coop supermarket, 10 minutes walk from Interlaken central cut across to eatery places (like Chinese, Indian, western cuisine, and even macdonalds ) ! Hotel view was wonderful too!

Rooms – 8.5/10 The hotel offers both historic and modern rooms, so the experience can vary depending on what you book. Historic rooms (in the main building) feature high ceilings, elegant decor, and antique-style furnishings, giving a grand, old-world charm. Modern rooms (in the newer wing) are sleek and contemporary, with all the latest amenities. Some rooms come with balconies offering stunning views of the Swiss Alps, which is a major highlight! Beds are comfortable, and bathrooms are spacious and well-equipped with quality toiletries. Service – 8/10 The staff is friendly and professional, offering helpful local tips and seamless check-in/check-out. However, during peak tourist seasons, service can feel a bit stretched, especially at the reception and breakfast area. Dining – 8/10 Breakfast – A rich buffet with Swiss specialties, including fresh bread, cheeses, cold cuts, eggs, and great coffee. The selection is good, though the breakfast room can get crowded. Restaurant & Bar – The on-site restaurant offers delicious Swiss and international cuisine, though the menu is slightly limited. The hotel bar is a great place to relax after a long day of exploring. Wellness & Facilities – 8/10 Spa & Sauna – A small but relaxing wellness area with a sauna, steam bath, and relaxation space—perfect after a day in the mountains. Outdoor Seating & Garden – The hotel has a lovely terrace and garden area for relaxing with a drink while enjoying the views. Parking – Limited on-site parking is available, but it fills up quickly.

The hotel is located near Interlaken West train station, about a 10-minute walk. There is a Coop supermarket on the way, which is very convenient. Overall, the location is quite good. Check-in was fast and smooth, and the front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was included and it was a simple continental-style breakfast, but still nice and satisfying. The room was clean and well maintained. However, my room was located in the back section of the building. I chose this hotel mainly because it was advertised as having a mountain view. From the balcony, you can see the mountain… but only the edge of it 😂 Overall, a pleasant stay with good service and location, but the mountain view was a bit limited compared to expectations.

About a 10–15 minute walk from Interlaken Ost. The view in front of the hotel is beautiful, and the staff are friendly. The room was decent, with one bathroom and one separate toilet. It also had a fully equipped kitchen, which was great for cooking. However, the room had a noticeable smell, which was a bit unpleasant.

Przepraszam, że tak długo zwlekałam z wystawieniem recenzji, bo właśnie wróciłam do domu. Jesteśmy bardzo wdzięczni hotelowi Hey za uratowanie naszych wakacji w Szwajcarii! Pierwotnie zarezerwowaliśmy pobyt w Airbnb (aby doświadczyć pobytu w domu) w pobliżu dworca kolejowego Interlaken West. Ku naszemu przerażeniu, po zameldowaniu, mieszkanie było obrzydliwie brudne i cuchnęło zgnilizną. Co więcej, przed budynkiem trwały roboty drogowe, a ochrona apartamentu pozostawiała wiele do życzenia. Natychmiast zarezerwowaliśmy nasz pozostały pobyt w Hey i nasza podróż została uratowana! Obsługa, dżentelmen w okularach, zapewniła nam bezpłatne zameldowanie wcześnie rano i awans do najlepszego pokoju dla czterech osób — bez żadnych pytań! Dostaliśmy czysty pokój z najlepszym widokiem. Śniadanie było niesamowicie bogate. I to w znacznie niższej cenie niż Airbnb, które oferowało tylko spalone przyprawy, brudną, zepsutą toaletę i lepką, tłustą podłogę.
