„房間非常好，已經是第二次入住了，工作人員的態度都讓人感覺賓至如歸，像回家一樣非常貼心也非常温馨！早餐很豐盛，一大早就到了，也安排了接送機，知道我趕早班機當天也贈送了早餐，非常感謝！房間乾淨整潔，寬敞明亮，空間大，空調也很舒適，床品質感也很好，睡得很香。前台小哥哥小姐姐非常有耐心，有任何需求都儘量滿足了，真的像回家一樣，以後晉江出行的必選酒店！地理位置也很好，距離機場、動車站、景區都很方便～強烈推薦！”

„I’ve stayed at this hotel many times, and the service has always been outstanding. Whenever I’ve had difficulties in China, the staff have gone out of their way to help me, whether with translation or practical problems. They even helped me recover laundry I had forgotten at another hotel in Shanghai, and on another occasion, when I lost my wallet, they helped me contact the driver. They are extremely competent, efficient, and genuinely helpful. The hotel is also very well maintained, the view is great, and even the robot service is reliable. Among all the hotels I’ve stayed at in China, this is easily the best in terms of service.”

„Hotel ten nie jest położony centralnie, ale rządzi dobrym widokiem na rzekę ( ijiang ). Jest datowany i wymaga natychmiastowego pełnego odnowienia. Jakość śniadania w kawiarni jest bardzo niska, a istnieje miejsce do poprawy w zakresie obsługi niektórych pracowników. Jednak muszę wyrazić moją wdzięczność za doskonałą usługę, którą nam dostarczyła panna Lisa Yang, menedżer restauracji, która zaoferowała nam bezcukierowy jogurt, gdy dowiedziała się, że nie bierzemy dodanego jogurtu z powodu problemów zdrowotnych. Chiński restauracja jest jasnym miejscem w hotelu. Jedzenie i usługi oferowane są dumne i wybitne. Chciałbym podziękować pannie Sally Chen za jej wyjątkową gościnność i ekspertyzację, dzięki której czujemy się naprawdę mile widziani, wygodnie i cenionym. „This is a newly opened hotel in Quanzhou/Jinjiang. The location is convenient for visits to west street, wudianshi. It is also near shopping malls typically would take around 10-15min by taxi. Staff at the front desk and around the hotel are professional and friendly. There is also a robot that helped deliver replenishments and food. There is also a self service laundry room which is great for washing your clothes. The staff even offered to help to send clothes after drying to our room. I.e. you need to no wait at room for collection. Rooms are located at high floors in general starting from level 16. Space is decent compared to other hotels. There was slight renovation smell in the room given the hotel is new but was not too bad. A small suggestion to the hotel: please offer body lotion as it is a common service in most hotels. Overall, a pleasant experience and I will definitely recommend choosing this hotel when you travel to Quanzhou/Jinjiang.”

„Air condition not availabe at this hotel. We checked out after the first night despite a three night booking. Room needs upgrading. Alot of wear and tear signs without proper maintainence.”

„Our double-bed room is interesting and big. The hardware is a tiny bit worn down but doesn’t affect our comfort. Service is good. The surrounding area is unbeatably wonderful. Amazing food, shopping, services… anything you might want. The architecture style and cultural attractions within short walking distance will keep you occupied for several days. One major boo boo was the breakfast. They gave us a coupon to eat a terrible breakfast (only fried bread and congee, no choices) at KFC. For how much we paid for the room, almost $80usd a night, I do expect a little better than that.”

„Front desk : not 5 star hotel standard. No greeting during check in. Check out 2 days early yet front desk just ask to put the room card at counter. Not even interested to know the reason. Room : hot like summer and it is centralised control. Even off the air conditioning temperature still same. Restaurant : only 1 is available”
