Hotele z barami w mieście Taicang

„We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and we were able to check in without any problem. We asked the room to be changed 3 times and it was done asap.the manager on duty. A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful. The cleaning Ayis were also friendly. I will return..”

„Traveling with a friend and our little ones, our stay at the hotel far exceeded our expectations. The hotel's overall environment is delightful, with excellent greenery that makes strolling around very pleasant. All facilities are well-maintained, and the parent-child amenities are comprehensive, ensuring both adults and children can find enjoyment. The guest rooms were clean and tidy, offering a good rest experience. Yvette from Guest Relations left a lasting impression with her warm and thoughtful service, and her professional and meticulous approach. Traveling with children requires a lot of attention to detail, and she handled every issue impeccably, providing thoughtful reminders for various matters, making us feel completely at ease throughout our stay. This trip with our kids was very fulfilling, and it was a wonderful check-in experience.”

„Very good service. The staff extended my checkout time free of charge so I could come back to the hotel and take a nice shower before heading to the airport. It was also a comfortable stay with a very spacious room.”

„Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast options. My second time I’m staying in this hotel. Both times in the same room 332, and both time have washroom light not able to turn off on first night. Has to ask for room service for turning them off whole time during my stay. Shower not function well both time. Thought would have been repaired since my first tome staying the room.”

„Nice and quiet room and pleasant service. The breakfast was ok. Would stay here again for business trips.”

„The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.”

„A very good business hotel. Not so special for leisure purposes, because the Swimming Pool only open after 2pm.”

„I recently enjoyed a short stay at this lovely place, and I couldn't be happier! The food and breakfast were absolutely delicious, making each meal a delight. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, which added to my overall comfort. My dog had a fantastic time as well, which is always a plus! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the rainy weather during our visit, the warm atmosphere and excellent service made it a memorable stay. I will definitely be returning in the future!”
