„We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and we were able to check in without any problem. We asked the room to be changed 3 times and it was done asap.the manager on duty. A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful. The cleaning Ayis were also friendly. I will return..”

„Overall pleasant accommodation & amenities. Lobby space is huge but sadly a little bare & unimpressive. Needs furnishings or better decor. Wrote this review because I felt obliged to praise the front desk's attitude and his kind upgrade for my room. Would certainly visit again!”

„Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast options. My second time I’m staying in this hotel. Both times in the same room 332, and both time have washroom light not able to turn off on first night. Has to ask for room service for turning them off whole time during my stay. Shower not function well both time. Thought would have been repaired since my first tome staying the room.”

„Interesting lift design. Bedroom is spacious and has a good list of TV programmes including English channels and movies on demand (free). Wifi plug available for a free 10 mins charge. Scenic view of a Chinese-design pond at the back yard (pond leads to a larger river at the ancient town). All in all a great location. Note though: hotel doesn’t provide ice cubes and does not have a fridge in the room”

„Właśnie zameldowaliśmy się w tym hotelu, który naprawdę przekroczył oczekiwania! Jest bardzo blisko śnieżnego placu, jest tu manner, udogodnienia są bardzo nowe, dekoracje są nowoczesne i proste, mieszkają bardzo wygodnie. Pokój jest szczególnie wygodny, łazienka jest oddzielona suchą i wąską, a szczegóły są bardzo humanitarne. Zatrzymaj się za darmo, to jest zbyt wygodne dla samochodowego jazdy. Zwłaszcza, że to brat z biura, serwis jest bardzo dobry, a pytanie i odpowiedź są bardzo entuzjastyczne. Kiedy przyjdę, wybierzesz ten dom!”

„Very good service. The staff extended my checkout time free of charge so I could come back to the hotel and take a nice shower before heading to the airport. It was also a comfortable stay with a very spacious room.”

„滿意的點 1酒店離華髮廣場和天鏡湖公園都算挺近的，步行可抵達。 2.辦理入住服務人員態度挺好的，雖然沒能給我免費升級，但幫我爭取到了小朋友的早餐，以及我需要小朋友的洗漱用品和浴巾拖鞋也是很及時的送來了。 不滿意的點 1.洗手枱的大瓶潤膚乳按壓不出來。 2.洗手枱無法排水，無奈我是把塞子拿出來了。也有可能本來就是這麼設計的。 3半夜11點半到12點半一直聽到隔壁有人在説話，不知道是酒店隔音太差，還是她們説話聲音太大，我們一夜沒睡好。早上隔壁又接著説話，真是精力充沛。”

„家裡小孩去當地找同學玩，於是在攜程上給其定了這家酒店，在國慶期間普扁漲價的情況下這家294元的標間價格還是比較良心的。從小孩發來的照片看酒店的客房空間還是比較大的，也非常乾淨整潔，所訂房間衹有一份早餐，前台看到是兩人入住便額外送了一份早餐，必須感謝和表揚一下酒店。”

„週末去太倉覓食，選擇了這家新開的太倉中德雙元城際酒店，絕對物超所值性價比及高，雖然地點略偏了點但勝在環境好且安靜，入住時前台的服務專業且熱情，雖然新開業不久但房間沒有裝修的味道，床品，毛巾，洗漱用品不輸大牌五星酒店，隔音效果更佳，冰箱有飲料，啤酒，茶包，掛耳咖啡，入住水果，都非常貼心，早餐中規中矩種類豐富，衹是早餐時餐廳沒有服務員，衹有後廚阿姨收盤子，阿姨工作非常熱情認真，把桌子上還沒吃完的東西和筷子都收走了，無形中反而增加自己的工作量，小小提示一下。”

„The hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests. The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries. Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower. The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums. In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs. Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me. But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.”
