„We arrived about 10:30 at the hotel and we were able to check in without any problem. We asked the room to be changed 3 times and it was done asap.the manager on duty. A nice smiley young man, served as coffee. He was so helpful later on gave us a bottle of red wine when we ask for wine during the evening buffet. Unfortunately I didn’t get his name but he was so helpful. The cleaning Ayis were also friendly. I will return..”

„Dear sirs, i don't understand why you keep your centilized air conditioning system at 24 degrees. Do you realize that its not healthy to sleep at this temperature??!! Human beings need lower temperature for quality sleeping!! Dear guests of Pullman, if you are like me don't want to have 24 degrees with no possibility to get the temperature at least a bit lower, this hotel is not your choice. I had 4 hours of bad sleep due to hot air, then asked for the help of the hotel, and maximum they could do is to provide me a fan. So the rest of the night I spent under the fan blowing which is not so comfortable. Also stuff suggested me to open the window, given that the temperature outside is even higher than inside, it didn't look as a good choice. Never again!”

2.辦理入住服務人員態度挺好的，雖然沒能給我免費升級，但幫我爭取到了小朋友的早餐，以及我需要小朋友的洗漱用品和浴巾拖鞋也是很及時的送來了。
不滿意的點
1.洗手枱的大瓶潤膚乳按壓不出來。
2.洗手枱無法排水，無奈我是把塞子拿出來了。也有可能本來就是這麼設計的。
3半夜11點半到12點半一直聽到隔壁有人在説話，不知道是酒店隔音太差，還是她們説話聲音太大，我們一夜沒睡好。早上隔壁又接著説話，真是精力充沛。”

„Was recommended to this hotel as the location is very good. True enough, the location is super as Wanda Plaza is just a stroller...
However, as I am kind of allergic to Smoke, I requested a NON Smoking room... unfortunately, once we entered our room, the smoke smelled were so terrible....there is a No Smoking sign, but the fact there is an ashtray, it suggested otherwise....
Luckily we only stayed for 1 night...
Breakfast is good though...
In a nutshell, if you are okay with Smoke, the hotel is pretty good. However, for a NON smoker and allergic to Smoke, better think twice....”

„Clean room, friendly staff, great breakfast options. My second time I’m staying in this hotel. Both times in the same room 332, and both time have washroom light not able to turn off on first night. Has to ask for room service for turning them off whole time during my stay. Shower not function well both time. Thought would have been repaired since my first tome staying the room.”

LLisa_GWe enjoyed our stay, it was peaceful and quite getaway. Exactly what we were looking for. The room was spacious and restaurant meals (burgers) and coffee were excellent. Service was really good and attentive, staff went out of there way to make us feel welcome. The activities on offer in the area seem to operate in the summer months, so it was very quiet with few people.

GGośćThe Yitel in Taicang is a fantastic hotel. From the great front desk staff allowing us a bit of an early check in, to the wonderful breakfast, great room with a lovely big bathtub, to the very warm and friendly housekeeping and restaurant staff, we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Yitel. We have been staying at many hotels over the last few months in China, and this hotel is a standout. The location in central Taicang is great, with a shopping mall and Walmart right across the street, and many other shops, restaurants, banks, and more within easy walking distance. Our large Queen room was great - very large, incredibly comfortable and well appointed - and, again, the great big bathtub was a special treat. There is a great in house laundry - most importantly, the best dryer we have used at a ny of the hotels we have stayed in. Great hotel and would highly recommend.

The space feels quiet and open, perfect for slowing down and disconnecting.
There’s plenty to do if you want to stay active: long walks, SUPs, kayaks, archery, zip line, or just relaxing by the water.
Everything is well organized and never feels crowded.
Comfort is well thought out — BBQ sets are available, breakfast is offered, and the cabins are minimal but cozy.
Great for a weekend escape from the city.

DdyhxThe hotel has its own onsen area that's open to non-hotel guests. So the entrance starts with the shoe cabinets before reaching the front desk that serves both onsen day-use guests and hotel guests.
The Japanese themed room was luxurious. Very clean and impeccably maintained, good sound proofing I could hear a pin drop in the room. Double basins, Dyson hair dryer, bidet toilet bowl, standing shower and a huge zen sofa couch area by the window, complete with tea and chess set. Pity there's not much of a view out there. There's also no phone here, just a speaker by the bedside table or one can use WeChat to communicate with the front desk and of course robot deliveries.
Bed and pillow was too soft for my liking. Service is excellent and they even provide turn down service. I left the room for onsen and came back to a room where the curtains are drawn, a plate of fruits on the table, floor towel laid out in the shower area with the bath towel, originally under the basin, now hung on the door of the shower.
The stay package came with an Afternoon Tea set of fruits, desserts and crackers. The cheesecakes were meh but the pineapple tart made up for it. Fruits were fresh and yums.
In-house guests were given unlimited access to the Onsen and I took my time to enjoy it fully. It's a full Jap style onsen, meaning going fully naked. A rather small onsen with just 3 pools but the outdoor one was the best, soaking in 43 degrees pool in the cold. There's a chill out area outside including a lounge, meditation room and a movie-cum-reading room (what an irony though). They also have private onsen rooms for rent at additional costs.
Leisurely breakfast the next morning at 930am. Yes, I had to choose a specific hour to be at breakfast as it's a Jap bento set with a partial buffet (of noodles and porridge). Not outstanding for me.
But otherwise, it was 5* experience and I recommend this to anyone planning to come to Taicang to experience the onsen.

WWorld_WandererInteresting lift design. Bedroom is spacious and has a good list of TV programmes including English channels and movies on demand (free). Wifi plug available for a free 10 mins charge. Scenic view of a Chinese-design pond at the back yard (pond leads to a larger river at the ancient town). All in all a great location.
Note though: hotel doesn’t provide ice cubes and does not have a fridge in the room

CClaud.HThe price and location were convenient. However, the receptionist was an older lady who seemed angry about my booking, claiming that I paid less money. Even though I booked through Trip.com and the price matched what was listed on the app, I didn’t respond and simply went to my room. Additionally, I later discovered a cockroach in my room and I complain to the same old lady about this but she replied”deal by yourself”🧐Despite all these the hotel is reasonable for average people with limited budgets, and while the service reflects its affordability, improvements in staff attitude and cleanliness could enhance the experience.

QQueen_BubuI recently enjoyed a short stay at this lovely place, and I couldn't be happier! The food and breakfast were absolutely delicious, making each meal a delight. The rooms were spacious and impeccably clean, which added to my overall comfort.
My dog had a fantastic time as well, which is always a plus! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, ensuring we had everything we needed. Despite the rainy weather during our visit, the warm atmosphere and excellent service made it a memorable stay.
I will definitely be returning in the future!

2) Rated non smoking but as usual, every room has ash tray and allows guests to smoke. Luckily my room has no cigarette smell, however once the air con is turned on, strong cigarette smell start coming out from the ventilation. I rather sleep through 5 degree without heating than killing my lung.
3) Corridor and room very old, damages everywhere
4) Staffs are nice though
