„City Hub Rotterdam jest oddziałem różniącym się jednak od pozostałych. To bardziej przypomina budynek z kilkoma piętrami, ale nie ma w tym nic złego, o ile mają windy. A widok na ulicę z łazienki z prysznicem jest całkiem ładny. Zespół zarządzający mógłby lepiej informować gości o tym, co powinni, a czego nie powinni robić podczas pobytu, tak aby wszyscy wiedzieli i mogli to śledzić. Inną rzeczą jest to, że na trzecim piętrze znajduje się 5 żeńskich łazienek z prysznicami, ale trzy z nich były przez cały czas zamknięte, a tylko dwie były dostępne. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nadal bardzo lubimy City Hub i mamy nadzieję, że następnym razem będziemy mogli cieszyć się naszym pobytem.”

„The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them.”

„Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Jest bardzo blisko stacji metra i dworca kolejowego. Można do niego dotrzeć pieszo. Jest to idealne miejsce na podróż służbową lub turystykę. Jest to także bardzo dogodna lokalizacja do jedzenia i robienia zakupów Wszędzie łatwo jest dojechać. Przy następnej wizycie rozważę ten hotel.”

„All is good, the only improvement is there is no hairdryer on the bathroom, which is quite normal in a hotel industry. Perfect location near the metro station, restaurant and to central station”

„Nice hotel, good location. We rented a suite for a combined business and pleasure trip. Hotel is rights above a supermarket. Be careful!! Supermarket delivery trucks keep you from sleeping at night. Also Internet connection not working. Strongly recommend to not stay here. At least not when you are expecting a good night sleep.....Only poor excuse was offered. Friendly staff, just noisy rooms. Stay away!”

„Witam. Zameldowanie odbyło się bez problemowo. Pokój bardzo czysty, było w nim wszystko czego potrzeba na 1 noc. Niestety 2 razy musiałam tłumaczyć, że mamy też w cenie śniadanie, bo w systemie tego nie było. Śniadanie wystarczające, ale mały wybór. Polecam”

„The breakfast is super!! Despite a 15 EUR extra, it is a good strategy for hotel to separate it from room fee, otherwise it is too expensive. But the floor height is low and room kinda small, if you add breakfast fee together, the value for price is not as high as the business hotel nearby called Bilderberg Parkhotel Rotterdam. Nice little garden. Good to stay a night or so, but not much of a resort stay. 24/7 check in/out not a problem. The staff are warm. 5-10 stairs to carry the suitcase by yourself to the elevator and front door.”
