„Shanshan is a small town and if you do come here, it would be to visit the Kumtaq desert. The desert is 15-20 minutes from the hotel, so is the Shanshanbei railway station. I recommend this hotel because of the service of the front desk staff, Ms Xiaoba who goes above and beyond to help. She was responsive on wechat and organised a car to pick us up, she willingly booked a taxi for as we couldn’t find the address to the night market on our DIDI app., she provided extra water and answered any questions with a smile. This is a new hotel so looks clean and fresh with a smart toilet. They even have tents/ tepees so if you have a kid, this is a welcome. I saw a room with spiderman and Barbie princess theme too. The breakfast has many Chinese options and they are well cooked and delicious. They do have a coffee machine. I’d stay here again if I were to revisit. Kumtaq Desert is worth a visit and the second golf cart/sightseeing mini bus drives you right to the end and brings you back to the second station. The other deserts we visited didn’t have this. Small town, big heart, great service, amazing people! VA”

„This is a very nice hotel in a remote small town of Xinjiang. Everything exceeds my expectations. The room is very large. Although my window view is obstructed by the neon signage of the hotel name, I can get natural sunlight into my room. Everything is new and clean. I didn't experience delay checking in as a passport holder. I was asked a few more questions than other Chinese hotels. This hotel offers 5 free washer/dryer for guests...”

„衞生：衞生打掃的一塵不染、房間床單被套乾乾淨淨、充滿陽光的味道 位置：交通特別方便、在鄯善縣中心 設施：空調開的足足的，很涼快、洗澡水流大、從沙漠出來身上都是沙子、一沖就乾乾淨淨的 服務：有免費接站和送站服務，我是中午到的鄯善北站、酒店工作人員開的坦克300車接的我、來到陌生的城市遊玩，下車看到有這麼好的車專門接我等我、很感動[擁抱][擁抱][擁抱][擁抱]”

„凌晨到的，前台一臉不屑，問早餐説是給送到房間，也沒説幾點，諮詢了也不理，結果早上8點多睡的正好的時候開始敲門，送了兩份吃的，也沒具體看有什麼，反正水果是壞的，那會困的懵逼，哪有心情去吃呢，想着趕緊再睡會，結果剛睡着又敲門，説是沒拿筷子又給送筷子，我真的是無語了，是不是最起碼要問一下幾點吃早餐，前台真的是****了，也不知道怎麼安排的，早餐不是應該去餐廳吃嗎，即使送到房間是不是要問一下吃什麼，都有什麼可以選擇，大概幾點？”

„We stayed during low season, only 5 guests stayed that night. The laundry can not make it, very old washing machine without a dryer. Due to low seasons, the hotel conserves electricity, the whole hotel is dark at night along the corridor. They prepare limited breakfast for the 5 guests. Front desk provided good service. We enjoyed the winery tour.”
