„Booked the hotel for an event at Rotterdam Ahoy. The location is superb, walking distance to the event space. Overall, the place was clean and pleasant. Comfortable with spacious toilet. No extra amenities like fridge and free water. It is away from the main area so if you are attending an event at Rotterdam ahoy, it’s the perfect stay.”

„City Hub Rotterdam jest oddziałem różniącym się jednak od pozostałych. To bardziej przypomina budynek z kilkoma piętrami, ale nie ma w tym nic złego, o ile mają windy. A widok na ulicę z łazienki z prysznicem jest całkiem ładny. Zespół zarządzający mógłby lepiej informować gości o tym, co powinni, a czego nie powinni robić podczas pobytu, tak aby wszyscy wiedzieli i mogli to śledzić. Inną rzeczą jest to, że na trzecim piętrze znajduje się 5 żeńskich łazienek z prysznicami, ale trzy z nich były przez cały czas zamknięte, a tylko dwie były dostępne. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, nadal bardzo lubimy City Hub i mamy nadzieję, że następnym razem będziemy mogli cieszyć się naszym pobytem.”

„Perfect location to explore the city. It’s within walking distance to the central train station. The 24hr food bar on the second floor is also helpful when you want some snacks or even a meal in the late night when the stores are all closed outside.”

„Lokalizacja jest bardzo dobra. Jest bardzo blisko stacji metra i dworca kolejowego. Można do niego dotrzeć pieszo. Jest to idealne miejsce na podróż służbową lub turystykę. Jest to także bardzo dogodna lokalizacja do jedzenia i robienia zakupów Wszędzie łatwo jest dojechać. Przy następnej wizycie rozważę ten hotel.”

„The location: superb 15 mins on foot from the Rotterdam Centraal Station / 8 mins by Tram The metro station Eendrachtsplein is just right next to the hotel, and it’s just one stop away from the World Trade Centre. Walkable distance to the supermarket Albert Heijn or Dirk and the famous shopping areas called Lijnbaan 🛌Room: spacious and nice sound proof, my room is located on the 10th floor, can’t hear any sounds from the street / tram 🫠However improvement is needed for the hygiene, stains are found on the couch and the tv remote control is quite dirty. Can tell either the previous hotel guests had very oily hands/ like to eat chips/ popcorns/ biscuits while using the remote. I had to use the alcohol wipe to clean it before using it🤢 🛀Bathroom: hygiene is acceptable, shower gel, conditioner, shampoo, dryers are provided but not the tooth brush / paste. I brought my own so I didn’t ask for it. 🚿Sufficient water pressure from the shower and the bathtub did help me a lot after a long day. 🥋Bath rope and slippers are provided. There’re a mini fridge, coffee machine, and an electric water broiler. 🤢however I found there’re some sediments in the broiler so I just brought the bottle water from the supermarket instead. 🍞🥖🥐Breakfast: average to good, a wide selection of pastry, and cheese. With salmon, ham, sausages, scrambled eggs, hard/ soft boiled eggs, yogurts and some grannolas 💁🏻♀️Staff: attentive and kind - i didn’t wait for too long for check in, waiting time was just around 5 mins, since I arrived at around 12 and I just asked whether my room was ready and the reception was kind to help me to see whether early check in was possible! Lucky me, I could get my room earlier. - The reception also helped me to receive my delivery and stored it for me until I returned to the hotel. Thank you so much for helping me out. 🫤The day before the last day, I checked with the counter at the breakfast receptionist that she said she didn’t find my record for the breakfast on my last day (the check out day), she advised me to purchase for the extra breakfast, if I wanted. However, when I looked at my hotel booking that it’s included. so if you are also booked with the breakfast, make sure you double check with them.”

„All is good, the only improvement is there is no hairdryer on the bathroom, which is quite normal in a hotel industry. Perfect location near the metro station, restaurant and to central station”

„Sam hotel jest doskonały — wszystko było idealne, a lokalizacja jest świetna, z supermarketem w pobliżu. Zazwyczaj wystawiam pełną ocenę za pobyt, ale tym razem nie mogłem, ponieważ napotkałem poważny problem z obsługą recepcji. Przyjechaliśmy o 13:30 i zostaliśmy poinformowani, że zameldowanie jest o 15:00, co w pełni rozumieliśmy. Ponieważ padał deszcz, cierpliwie czekaliśmy w holu. Jednak w tym czasie zauważyłem, że kilku gości, którzy przybyli po nas, mogło się zameldować od razu. Kiedy ponownie podszedłem do recepcji, powiedziano mi, że nasz pokój nadal nie jest gotowy. Dopiero po tym, jak zapytałem, dlaczego inni goście mogli zameldować się wcześniej, personel niechętnie nam pomógł, okazując wyraźne zniecierpliwienie. Tego rodzaju podwójne standardy są niezwykle rozczarowujące. Czy to dlatego, że jesteśmy Azjatami? Takie traktowanie nie powinno mieć miejsca w tak znanym hotelu i sprawiło, że nasz pobyt był bardzo nieprzyjemny. Mam nadzieję, że hotel potraktuje tę sprawę poważnie i poprawi jakość swoich usług.”

„Located in the heart of Rotterdam. Easy access to the central railway station. Plenty of eateries and C-store nearby. Tere is a shopping district within walking distance. Reasonable pricing. Most definitely my first choice for my next trip. At night, the streets downstairs are a little noisy but does not last till midnight.”

„Excellent and quiet location, around 5 minutes walk to the rotterdam central station, easy check in and out and friendly staff and they even offered to take our luggage to room, shame no lift and the lift is for staff used only, pillows were too soft and okay bed, had free coffee and tea every morning however it seems they didn't refill them - once they were gone they were gone which was a shame as it depends how much guests on the day. Okay shower.”
