Triple tree beach resort 三棵樹海邊度假村 的位置無比方便，後面的沙灘綿軟平緩，很長的海岸線，晚霞很美！度假村設施齊全，2房別墅帶有獨立泳池一家人度假可以休息得很好。度假村有自行車，附近有很多游水海鮮餐廳，這個很加分。該度假村的服務是相當的好，因為比較挑剔，提出了很多要求，都被滿足，每個員工的態度都很好，每天踏着浪花走走心情不錯，躺平的好地方，肯定會再來for sure！

The pool was the best part of this hotel. Super big and clean, also very functional. Hotel has a beautiful design and layout, very family-friendly, quiet, and IG-worthy. Service was excellent, amenities are great. The restaurant serves great food, but the variety could be a increased a bit more, also quite pricey for lunch/dinner. If you don't have transportation, then this location could be a bit difficult to go out and explore. The biggest draw back to this hotel is the lack of a beach. Rocky shores is what you'll find most times. When the tide recedes, you can go out and walk on wet sand but nothing like an actual beach where you can hangout.

The room is very spacious, clean and comfortable. They have free fresh cookies everyday and delicious. The environment is chill and beautiful, we had a good time staying there.

It’s one of our best stays in HH and we’ve stayed in different properties in our many visits. Ace of HH stands out not only on its beauty and direct beach access, but more importantly the friendliness and dedication of all staff members from the General Manager to the pool assistant, server at the breakfast to the cleaning lady. We were well taken care of and the staff genuinely cared for us. It was a great stay and we truly enjoyed it!

Overall, we had a decent stay. Only a few things missing. 1. Toothbrushes, comb, and shaving kit should be put in the room without calling and ask. 2. Jacuzzi was not entirely clean. 3. Hairdryer was broken. 4. We requested king size bed but got two twins bed combined. We are fine with that but staff should confirm bed type upon arrival rather than me finding it out by myself. 5. Hangers for towels were very easy to fall down which irritated me sometimes. 6. There was no Netflix. Breakfast was great. We were surprised that staff can remember her birthday and received a cake which tastes good. Staff were friendly and attentive. Thank you!

Zarezerwowane przez nas pokoje łączone były nieco mniej słoneczne, ale wpływ nie był znaczący. Hotel jest czysty i schludny. Osobiście zależy mi na zakwaterowaniu, ale ten hotel jest naprawdę dobry. Nawet klub zabaw dla dzieci zauważył, że kelnerzy poważnie go sprzątali przed zamknięciem. Byłem bardzo zadowolony z wyjazdu do Hua Hin, a hotel odpowiadał za mniej więcej połowę tego. Następnym razem chciałbym pojechać do Hua Hin, ale byłoby idealnie, gdyby można było ulepszyć hotelową restaurację i śniadanie.

Sheraton Hua Hin is a beautiful resort by the beach of Hua Hin, 3 hours drive from BKK. There were so many scenic angles wherever I walked. The breakfast spread was great, the rooms were good. The design of the hotel is very thoughtful, with pathways on the outer perimeter for golf carts to travel on. Food at Salas was surprisingly reasonably priced, and deliciously made. We were here for a wedding and the event team was great as well. However, there are details that were disappointing for a 5 star hotel. Yesterday around 12 noon (Sunday 3rd Aug 2025), I went into the women toilet by the pool, under the elephant statues and somebody had made a big, dirty mess inside and the toilet couldnt flush properly. It was disgusting and smelled really bad. This shows a lack of cleanliness maintenance and regular checks of the toilet. Secondly, the housekeeping team came to make up my room on the 2nd day (Sat 2nd Aug), took away the floor mats and never replaced them. The toilet incident really ruined the impression of this hotel for me. 😔

This is the best pet friendly in Cha-am. Pet can use almost everywhere in the hotel. The hotel well prepare pet food, wet tissue and plastic bag. We love this place and will bring my dog here soon.

We stayed for 4 nights. The first 3 nights were wonderful. The hotel felt very quiet and peaceful, with only about 5 people at most in the swimming pool. But on the last night, things changed as more guests arrived for the long Thai holiday weekend. In the morning of our checkout, we went down for breakfast and were shocked to find the main dining room completely full. A staff member directed us to another dining area on the left wing of the hotel, while our room was in the right wing so it was already quite a walk. Unfortunately, that dining room was also overcrowded. Tables that had just been vacated weren’t cleared yet, the buffet lines were extremely long and even fried eggs couldn’t come out fast enough. The whole atmosphere felt chaotic, with staff rushing around but not really keeping up. We ended up sitting and waiting for a while, but it didn’t help! More and more guests kept coming down and the lines only grew longer. It was disappointing that the hotel didn’t seem prepared to handle the crowds, especially since they would have known in advance about the long weekend.

Overall, this is an older hotel, but the interior is still in acceptable condition. The breakfast offers a moderate variety and is reasonable for the room price. However, it would be great if the following areas could be improved: (1) The air conditioner in the bedroom and the ventilation fan in the bathroom work properly, but they are extremely noisy. The noise was loud enough that I had to turn off the air conditioner while sleeping. (2) The key card scanner at the room door seems worn out. It often requires inserting the key card several times before the door unlocks, which is quite time-consuming. (3) The drinks at the Pool Bar during Happy Hour were noticeably different from the normal hours. The alcohol and ingredient portions seemed reduced, making the drinks taste diluted, almost like mostly water.
