The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. Check-in is simple with a welcome drink and snacks and the rooms are well proportioned and comfortable. I appreciate the provision of a humidifier/dehumidifier which is excellent for helping clothes dry in the day and keeping the humidity comfortable while sleeping. Toilet is clean and spacious enough, heater mixer is finicky. Location wise, it's just opposite the quieter parts of the beach and a short car ride to the dragon bridge and the linh ung pagoda

The location of Signature Hoi An was great! A stone throw to the night life and amidst coffee joints, spas and massage places! It was really beautiful to step into! The place looks as how it was shown in their pictures. It was well maintained, and inviting. Most of all, i feel the staff made everyone feel welcomed. Their service was personal and i couldnt ask for a more pleasant experience. I would like to commend a couple of staff there. Huy who gave us a lot of recommendations to places to eat/ massage at. And most of all Liz who helped us in our last minute change of dates in accommodation due to last minute flight changes. And with her help, it made our stay possible with them. She helped us to arrange for our driver to Ba Na hills the next day and to our next accommodation. And throughout the day, went above and beyond to keep in contact with us, to make sure our stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean, had a awesome bathtub and shower, spacious and functional. Its only a pity we couldnt stay longer. What drew me in abt the accommodation was the pool! Though i wish the gym was abit bigger. Definitely recommend our friends there!

Zatrzymałem się z rodziną w hotelu Phuc Long Luxury przez dwie noce z sześciodniowego, ośmiodniowego wyjazdu. Mówiąc wprost, był to najlepszy hotel, w jakim kiedykolwiek nocowałem. To zupełnie nowy hotel, więc był niesamowicie czysty i schludny. Moja mama była tak zachwycona oszałamiającym widokiem na ocean, że powiedziała, że ​​to najlepszy hotel. Był też lepszy pod względem stosunku jakości do ceny niż w kurorcie. Hotel znajduje się tuż przed centrum plażowym My Khe, więc można cieszyć się widokiem na ocean i wygodnym transportem, dzięki czemu można dojść pieszo do restauracji i kawiarni. Niedaleko jest również targ Han, a z mojego pokoju (kolejnego pokoju rodzinnego) widziałem nawet Most Długi.

Checked in late so same catogory rooms that we booked on the same level were all taken up. Highly appreciated that Hotel kindly upgraded our room so that we can stay at the same level as our parents. Hotel is newly built and room is clean. Can also cast content from the phone to the TV. Universal socket plug available. Only issue encountered was with the room service. I ordered breakfast at 6.30am and the orders were repeated when I placed them the previous night. The breakfast came at 6.45am and items were wrong. Dining department was quick to rectified the error and provided an additional fruit platter as apology. Despite this issue, I will still stay at this hotel if I am here the next time again.

We had a great stay at this beautiful resort. The buffet breakfast was excellent. The hotel was right next to the beach. The rooms were spacious and welcoming. There were plenty of English TV channels. The hotel staff accommodated us with an early check-in and a late check-out. The free shuttle into town was quick and reliable. We will definitely be back again soon!

FYI, wygląda na to, że Da Nang jest „podzielone” na dwa „obszary” – stronę, po której znajduje się ten hotel, i drugą stronę po drugiej stronie Mostu Smoka. Wygląda na to, że po drugiej stronie jest o wiele więcej opcji gastronomicznych i sklepów, więc ostatecznie sporo kupiliśmy. Jednak tuż za tym hotelem znajduje się centrum handlowe, oddalone o około 3-5 minut spacerem. Możesz zobaczyć pokaz fajerwerków na Moście Smoka, jeśli wybierzesz Horizon View. Och!!! Located right across the beach. Many eateries, mart and laundry nearby. Room was quite spacious and clean. Swimming pool overlooking an amazing ocean view. Varied wide spread of breakfast buffet, food was tasty. Staff were friendly and kind. Concierge men were very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, upon checking out, we were shocked to be charged us USD7 without any explanation. Only when we queried, the receptionist mentioned it was for a ”broken shampoo bottle”, which we were very sure we left the room in tip top condition. We further asked for proof of the broken bottle, only then they sent someone to retrieve the bottle and brought it to the reception counter. The bottle was intact, not broken as claimed. However, the receptionist said the housekeeper claimed there was a ”crack” at the bottom of the bottle, which none of us including the receptionist could find the alleged ”crack”. the receptionist tried so hard to prove there was a crack but we insisted on ”where was the crack?' because we couldnt see any obvious crack and nothing leaked out out the bottle - it looked more like a light scratch. In the end, the receptionist told us to write a case report to the housekeeping to resolve the matter. We were disappointed that this matter was not handled professionally and we felt accused for an alleged crack. We were amazed at how meticulous and sharp the housekeepers were for noticing a light scratch at the bottom of the bottle and the bottom of shampoo bottle was the 1st thing they inspected. Plus, we didnt use their shampoo - we brought our own shampoo.
