I would highly recommend this guesthouse if you are looking for a comfortable, family-style place to stay that truly feels like home. The owners whom I met seemed to be a husband and wife. At first, we were not very familiar with this type of guesthouse accommodation, so we needed a little time to adjust. However, after talking with the female owner, we immediately felt more relaxed and comfortable. The atmosphere became much warmer. She gave us the feeling of being cared for by an older relative, like a mother looking after her guests. Since we are both women, that made us feel especially safe and at ease. She took wonderful care of us and paid attention to every small detail. The breakfast was absolutely delicious, and the coffee was excellent as well. We came from Thailand. Although we are both in Asia and share some similar cultures, Thai people usually eat rice for almost every meal. So having bread for breakfast here was a very new experience for us, and it was so delicious—it truly felt like something made by a mother with love. On our last day, she and her family came out to see us off as we got into the car, waving goodbye with warm smiles. It was such a lovely and touching moment. As for the room, everything was exactly as described. The bed was very spacious and comfortable. If you go out, the owners will keep the key for you, and return it when you come back. If you return late at night, you can simply inform them in advance. The drinks in the minibar were also very reasonably priced. If you need affordable transportation, you can ask the guesthouse for assistance. If you are looking for accommodation close to tourist attractions, convenient transportation, and many food options nearby, you can choose this place without hesitation. I would also like to add that the driver who picked us up and dropped us off provided excellent service. He was always smiling, kind, and constantly offering to help us throughout the journey. Chủ nhà mà tôi đã gặp có vẻ là vợ chồng. Lúc mới đến, chúng tôi chưa quen lắm với kiểu lưu trú như thế này nên ban đầu còn hơi bỡ ngỡ. Nhưng sau khi trò chuyện với cô chủ, chúng tôi cảm thấy thoải mái và yên tâm hơn rất nhiều. Không khí cũng trở nên dễ chịu hơn. Cô ấy cho chúng tôi cảm giác như một người thân lớn tuổi trong gia đình, giống như một người mẹ chăm sóc khách lưu trú. Vì chúng tôi đều là phụ nữ nên cảm giác an toàn và được quan tâm càng rõ ràng hơn. Cô ấy chăm sóc chúng tôi rất tốt và để ý đến từng chi tiết nhỏ. Bữa sáng rất ngon, cà phê cũng tuyệt vời. The location of Signature Hoi An was great! A stone throw to the night life and amidst coffee joints, spas and massage places! It was really beautiful to step into! The place looks as how it was shown in their pictures. It was well maintained, and inviting. Most of all, i feel the staff made everyone feel welcomed. Their service was personal and i couldnt ask for a more pleasant experience. I would like to commend a couple of staff there. Huy who gave us a lot of recommendations to places to eat/ massage at. And most of all Liz who helped us in our last minute change of dates in accommodation due to last minute flight changes. And with her help, it made our stay possible with them. She helped us to arrange for our driver to Ba Na hills the next day and to our next accommodation. And throughout the day, went above and beyond to keep in contact with us, to make sure our stay was pleasant. The rooms were clean, had a awesome bathtub and shower, spacious and functional. Its only a pity we couldnt stay longer. What drew me in abt the accommodation was the pool! Though i wish the gym was abit bigger. Definitely recommend our friends there!

Checked in late so same catogory rooms that we booked on the same level were all taken up. Highly appreciated that Hotel kindly upgraded our room so that we can stay at the same level as our parents. Hotel is newly built and room is clean. Can also cast content from the phone to the TV. Universal socket plug available. Only issue encountered was with the room service. I ordered breakfast at 6.30am and the orders were repeated when I placed them the previous night. The breakfast came at 6.45am and items were wrong. Dining department was quick to rectified the error and provided an additional fruit platter as apology. Despite this issue, I will still stay at this hotel if I am here the next time again.

Cudownie spędziliśmy czas w Signature by M Village Đà Nẵng Heritage. Lokalizacja jest idealna – w samym centrum, w zasięgu krótkiego spaceru od wielu świetnych restauracji. Sam budynek jest przepiękny; bardzo podobał nam się wystrój i ogólna atmosfera. Udogodnienia były doskonałe, zwłaszcza bezpłatna pralnia, co jest ogromnym plusem dla podróżnych. Śniadanie było prawdziwą perełką i czymś wyjątkowym, oferując pyszne opcje przystawek, dań głównych i deserów. To, co naprawdę wyróżnia to miejsce, to obsługa. Każda interakcja była doskonała. Mają też bardzo wygodny system wirtualnej recepcjonistki, która kontaktuje się z nami przez WhatsApp, aby szybko zaspokoić wszystkie nasze potrzeby. Szczególne podziękowania należą się My. Pomogła naszej rodzinie zarezerwować bilety kolejowe do Hue. Jej pomoc znacznie ułatwiła nam planowanie podróży. Gorąco polecamy pobyt w tym miejscu!

Bardzo dobra obsługa i udogodnienia hotelowe. FYI, wygląda na to, że Da Nang jest „podzielone” na dwa „obszary” – stronę, po której znajduje się ten hotel, i drugą stronę po drugiej stronie Mostu Smoka. Wygląda na to, że po drugiej stronie jest o wiele więcej opcji gastronomicznych i sklepów, więc ostatecznie sporo kupiliśmy. Jednak tuż za tym hotelem znajduje się centrum handlowe, oddalone o około 3-5 minut spacerem. Możesz zobaczyć pokaz fajerwerków na Moście Smoka, jeśli wybierzesz Horizon View. Och!!! Napój z lemoniadą z groszku motylkowego, który jest bezpłatny w recepcji, jest tak dobry, że piliśmy go codziennie, kiedy wracaliśmy.

Located right across the beach. Many eateries, mart and laundry nearby. Room was quite spacious and clean. Swimming pool overlooking an amazing ocean view. Varied wide spread of breakfast buffet, food was tasty. Staff were friendly and kind. Concierge men were very helpful and welcoming. Unfortunately, upon checking out, we were shocked to be charged us USD7 without any explanation. Only when we queried, the receptionist mentioned it was for a ”broken shampoo bottle”, which we were very sure we left the room in tip top condition. We further asked for proof of the broken bottle, only then they sent someone to retrieve the bottle and brought it to the reception counter. The bottle was intact, not broken as claimed. However, the receptionist said the housekeeper claimed there was a ”crack” at the bottom of the bottle, which none of us including the receptionist could find the alleged ”crack”. the receptionist tried so hard to prove there was a crack but we insisted on ”where was the crack?' because we couldnt see any obvious crack and nothing leaked out out the bottle - it looked more like a light scratch. In the end, the receptionist told us to write a case report to the housekeeping to resolve the matter. We were disappointed that this matter was not handled professionally and we felt accused for an alleged crack. We were amazed at how meticulous and sharp the housekeepers were for noticing a light scratch at the bottom of the bottle and the bottom of shampoo bottle was the 1st thing they inspected. Plus, we didnt use their shampoo - we brought our own shampoo.

W pobliżu nie ma też wypożyczalni motocykli. Obsługa: Personel odesłał nasz bagaż dopiero po trzecim telefonie do recepcji, a my czekaliśmy na niego godzinę i musieliśmy zmienić plan na ten dzień. Chociaż menedżer przyszedł do naszego pokoju, żeby przeprosić i dać nam jeden talerz owoców wieczorem, smoczy owoc nie był świeży, czuć było jego kwaskowatość. Wyżywienie: Należy pamiętać, że przyjeżdża tu wielu turystów z Korei, ale ja odwiedzam Wietnam, a nie wyspę Dżedżu, więc koreańskie napisy można spotkać wszędzie w tym hotelu, nawet w restauracji na śniadanie można zjeść kimchi i zupę z wodorostów. Do tego dochodzi hałas w basenie na dachu i w restauracji, gdzie nie słychać nawet osób towarzyszących. Hotel również nie przypominał turystom o zejściu na dół. Obiekt: Trochę stary. Widać, że umywalka jest zardzewiała. Klimatyzacja też jest głośna. Zdecydowanie nie polecę tego hotelu znajomym.

Obsługa: Personel jest przyjazny, uważny i pomocny. Udogodnienia: Hotel ma świetną lokalizację, blisko plaży, restauracji i sklepów. Pokoje są czyste, wygodne i dobrze zaprojektowane. Basen na dachu i spa są korzystne. Jedzenie: Bufet śniadaniowy otrzymuje wysokie noty za to, że jest doskonały i ma szeroki wybór. Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, hotel oferuje świetne połączenie przyjaznej obsługi, wygodnej lokalizacji i komfortowych udogodnień. Jeśli szukasz relaksującego urlopu na plaży w Da Nang, ten hotel może być dla Ciebie dobrym wyborem!

Zacznę od pozytywów. Lokalizacja jest świetna! Spacerkiem 5 minut do plaży. Wiele barów plażowych, kawiarni i restauracji. Można zarezerwować wycieczkę do Ba Na Hills. Warto. Teraz porozmawiajmy o wadach. A pierwszą z nich jest stan pokoju. Jest stary. Na ścianie jest kilka pęknięć. Słychać też każdy dźwięk, ściany są zbyt cienkie. Słyszeliśmy jak karaluch pełzający po suficie. Śniadanie też nie jest dobre. Jest mały wybór, a smak jest po prostu w porządku. Nie płać za to i idź na śniadanie do pobliskich kawiarni.

There is a bathtub in the room and that works. In this cost its an average hotel, they don't clean everyday and that reflects in room quality also. But location and access is good and placebis quite reasonable.
