"We thoroughly enjoyed our 2 night stay at the lovely Red Rose Inn. The attention to detail was greatly appreciated from the welcome cookies on our bed to the afternoon snacks and more. Not to mention that the breakfast was oh so yummy. It was nice to be able to walk to dinner and browse the local shops. Carrie and Dan were great hosts and very accommodating to our needs. Thanks for a wonderful stay!"

"This hotel was previously a Hampton Inn. Let’s start with that. So imagine a newly renovated Hampton Inn. Everything is new and revitalized. Fresh paint and fixtures in the rooms. Sheets were not as nice as other Hiltons. The exterior needs some help but otherwise accommodations are great. Non-main Exterior doors and such need to be painted and could use a whole new refresh. So the downside, rooms will eventually have no microwaves, there is one in the lobby to use. Breakfast is lacking. You get cereal and bagels only. The hot bar like Hampton and waffles is all but gone, we decided to go to Mammies for breakfast on the second day, vice earring another day with mini-whets that tasted like cardboard. Supposedly, they are building a new Hilton near the Fairgrounds. I will probably find another hotel at another chain to stay at until the new one is built."

"incredible stunning bed and breakfast. king beds, options for jetted tubs. Each room has its own personality. Really lovely homecooked breakfasts in the mornings. Beautiful newly built bar on the property as well for cocktails in the evenings when you are back from sightseeing. Robes for each person in the rooms and sheets were like a dream. Only complaint for those of you who get hot at night? You cannot adjust the temperature. The fan provided moved around hot air. So, keep that it mind. Its an old house and the downstairs areas are cool, but heat rises up where the sleeping is happening."
