Front desk staff clueless plus they don't keep the breakfast area clean or stocked even though they sit 10 feet away. They don't clean the rooms while you're there. Not going back...."

"We really enjoyed our weekend stay! The location on the lake was beautiful and you just needed to cross over the bridge & you were in downtown Rice Lake within minutes. This is not your typical lodge/hotel; the rustic & cabin decor gave a cozy vibe. The couple who own & run the lodge are wondeful people- they make you feel welcome. The rooms are clean, the lodge well run and we would recommend this place to anyone traveling in the area."

"Od kilku lat jeżdżę do tego hotelu i za każdym razem, gdy jest inny problem. Okna są zepsute, a toalety nie działają, klucze przestają działać. Pracownicy przedniego biura nie są niejasni plus nie trzymają obszaru śniadania czystego lub zaopatrzonego, nawet jeśli siedzą 10 stóp. Nie czyszczą pokoi podczas Twojej obecności. Nie wracaj ...."

"We were a family of 4 adults and 2 kids. Check in was easy. Sean was very informative. The Bay House had all amenities we needed and was immaculate at check in. The staircase to the second floor could be challenging for older or larger adults but the kids scale it. We unfortunately did not take advantage of the water activities such as kayaking, fishing and firepit due to time constraints. The grounds are well kept and the playground is perfect for small kids. Lastly, the morning fresh made scones were amazing. We definitely would recommend this property to our friends and family and return."
