"Poszedłem z moją hubby n córką, niesamowity pokój połączenia został urządzony. Pokój jest tak czysty n dobry rozmiar luksusowy. Z imponującym widokiem nostalgicznym. Pracownicy w lobby, rozszerzył na nas swoją pomoc, przewioząc nas na drugą stronę do przeciwnej apteki, aby uzyskać jakieś leki. Jest nawet lobby z fifa mecze piłkarskie ekranowanie n sok owocowy jest tak dobrze przygotowany dla nas usługa. Kocham ten hotel n jego lokalizacja. Plus mają wszystkie personel z ich szczerej uśmiechniętych twarzy, z pewnością wróci i pobyt. Mają również spa wellness z rozsądnymi stawkami w pokoju. Poszliśmy na dobrobyt twarzy w rozsądnej cenie."

"We were greeted with their warmest welcome from their staff. There also provide us complementary snacks and drink for our 2 night shortaway. And the hot shower and comfortable bed is what need from a massage and shopping at grand batam which is a walking distance. We also provide hi tea voucher which we used it after we checked out. It was so good. We may come back for the third time for more.."

"Very strategic location at the heart of Habour Bay downtown. Walking distance to ferry terminal and the many eateries and entertainment around the area. Rooms are clean. Very confortable beddings and pillows. Breakfast was good with wide variety of food. I fully utilized the gym and swimming pool this visit. The gym equipment are in good condition and swimming pool was alright. Spa on the 5th floor but I haven't tried yet. Overall, highly recommnded hotel to stay at Habour Bay area."

"After a friendly & fast registration, we were told the room wasn't ready yet which was fine since we were an hour early. Decided to have coffee at the hotel's coffeehouse while we waited. About 15 minutes later the very nice front desk officer (didn't take down his name, sorry!) actually came over to our table with our room key to let us know our room was ready. Our room was a smoking room on the 17th floor. It was a very decent sized room with a comfortable extra sized king bed & large tv screen. Fridge & aircon was cold, bathrobes & slippers provided. Loved that each side of the bed had power outlets. The bathroom mirror has backlit lights that are controlled with a touch button on the mirror itself. Water pressure & water temperature control were great. The shower stall was big, which I appreciate. I have to make a special mention about breakfast. Halfway through our meal, we saw some of the staff standing by the wall. They stood evenly spaced out all through the restaurant. I thought, hmm, maybe a vip is coming. Music came on, so then i thought somebody's birthday? My jaw dropped a bit when they started dancing haha. I've gone to dinners that came with a show but this was the first time I've seen a breakfast show. Bravo though to all the staff for being so sporting!! Not sure if breakfast needed a show but it was certainly very entertaining lol. Food was good, amazing spread with lots of variety. Seating was spaced out so it didn't feel cramped. Lovely decor & quick on the plate clearing. All in all, this was a very good stay. My first time at a harris property & definitely won't be my last."

"The cleanliness is ok. Customer service also good. They are very friendly and helpful. Only the location for me is quite inconvenience as it not walking distance with the restaurant or mart. But if you have a driver it's okay. Grab also ok quite cheep as the distance with mall only 2-3km. This is the cheapest hotel with bathtub. We also can keep our luggage at their lobby if we want to go out first before check in."
