"Witam, tu Tony, libański ale mieszkam w USA. Wróciłem do Libanu na krótki pobyt 2 tygodnie temu w tym hotelu. Strefy były netto i czyste, pokoje, toalety, restauracje i higiena były górne. Żywność była dobra. Ale najgorsze było to, że recepcjonistka czerwone włosy dziewczyna Elisa, myślę, że jej menadżer był tak niegrzeczny dla mnie i moich zagranicznych przyjaciół. Nie do przyjęcia jest zatrudnianie takich nieprofesjonalnych pracowników w renomowanej lokalizacji, przynajmniej zatrudnianie osób dojrzałych do negocjacji i szanowania swoich gości, a nie traktowania ich jak wieśniaków. Moi przyjaciele i ja byliśmy bardzo rozczarowani tym leczeniem. Nie wrócimy już."

"One of the worst hotels ive ever been to! The reason is: Mediocre place with mediocre services with outrages prices. My room cost me 120$ (after discount) !!! I thought it s gonna be a deluxe place seeing its price (I plan a lot of getaways). The reality is that I dnt give this more than a 3 star hotel. The balcony is super mehh and with no seating, dusty and rusty, and the view is not that spectacular (you can get a better view from other places in Douma) - the staff is not highly presentable (lack of hospitality etiquette, a bit of nonchalance) - mediocre and old bathroom, also dusty, very limited ustensiles (just shower gel, no shampoo, no toothpaste, no cutlery, etc..) - AND the worst part is ELECTRICITY CUTS AT NIGHT !!!!! Spent my night sweating!!! We were a family who booked 6 rooms and you’d expect some kind gesture or at least to grant us smthg in return of this electricity cut - Not to mention that every time i go out the room, the electricity turns off so i have to go back to a heated sauna !!!!! One of the worst investments I've ever made. If anyone is to go to this place, better book an airbnb. Rly nt worth it. (Only book it if u just need a place to crash and u dnt care abt the value for money)"
