"Terrible staff wit worst attitude, one lady name Jayanthi who act as the Maneger ruin the name of the hospitality...she does know only shows her attitude towards the guests...thisbisbthe worst and terrible service we ever had travelling as a family....not worth for money and rooms are not clean enough to stay for a human all the staff are same as Manager Jayanthi......very very bad experience I ever had..."

Polecam pokoje nie przy jeziorze. Obsluga bardzo mila I pomocna. Aktakcje to Snorkeling , koszt 40 USD za 3 godz . "We spent two nights here on vacation and I must say that everything was excellence .Room Everything is great with a lagoon view .Excellence place to relax. Staff is very friendly. Breakfast was very delicious .I would definitely recommend this hotel."

"After staying in so many wonderful places, we were a bit disappointed with this hotel. Some rooms have no – absolutely no – ‘sea view’, even though they’re advertised as such. ‘Bush view’ would be a more accurate and fairer description. The rooms are also very awkwardly laid out; anyone walking to the beach can look straight into them. So you just have to draw the curtains, and that’s the end of the ‘sea view’. This only applies to the ground-floor rooms. There’s also a first floor – try to get a room there. We were able to swap from the rooms at the very back to those at the front, which was a significant improvement. The rooms are very basic and the whole complex is showing its age a bit. The staff are really lovely – attentive and always friendly. The complex and the rooms are very clean. The food is average. Overpriced by Sri Lankan standards. However, there are great alternatives outside the hotel. The beach is also absolutely brilliant and very clean, and I think that, despite the shortcomings described, the hotel is one of the best in the area. So, if the rooms were a bit more lovingly decorated, the ‘sea view’ actually offered a sea view, and the staff were looked after properly, then this would be a fantastic place to stay. Its not far off."

"Ten hotel był jednym z najlepszych hoteli, które przebyliśmy w Sri Lanka. Wszystko było po prostu idealne: plaża, restauracja, usługa i wszystkie udogodnienia. Zostaliśmy w prywatnej willi ogrodowej, pokój był super czysty i ładnie urządzony. Śniadanie miało dużą różnorodność zdrowych posiłków, lunch i kolacja menu jest bardzo dobry, ma duży wybór świeżych ryb i owoców morza. Usługa była tylko doskonała! Bardzo zalecam iść do kina pod gwiazdami i cieszyć się filmem na plaży. Z pewnością poleca to miejsce dla przyjaciół."

"What a fabulous resort on this lesser-known east coast of Sri Lanka. Highly recommend visiting as it’s more authentic and less crowded than other parts of the country. The resort is fabulous; spacious beautifully designed rooms and excellent staff. Sri Lankan food is superb. Lovely beach and floating platform dinner set-ups. The local tour by tuk tuk is excellent and we were all moved by the tsunami temple. Pottery workshop also great and buy some pottery helps their business. Also loved meeting the chef at the market and our cooking lesson. Trincomalee also worth visiting."
