"We recently stayed here before our flight, and it was only a few minutes' drive from Penang International Airport, which made it a very convenient choice. The place was beautiful, both inside and outside. One thing we noticed was that guests are required to leave their shoes outside on the provided shoe rack, which really helped keep the place clean. Everything was spotless, and the reception staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. (Guy with a spec) On our second night, we encountered an issue where the children in the room next to us were running around and making a lot of noise until around 11:30 p.m., making it difficult for us to sleep. We called the reception, and the staff handled the situation professionally. He spoke to the parents, and after that, the noise stopped, allowing us to have a peaceful night's rest. We truly appreciate how quickly and efficiently he resolved the issue. A small note to parents: if you're travelling with children, please supervise them and teach them to be considerate of other guests. Everyone pays to enjoy a comfortable and peaceful stay, and not everyone keeps the same schedule. Other than that, our stay was perfect. The bed was so comfortable, the room was clean, and the environment was peaceful. We honestly have nothing to complain about. We'd definitely stay here again! 😍"
