Unser Aufenthalt im Purobeach Resort Santa Ponsa war einfach top! Das Hotel ist ganz neu, modern und sehr stilvoll eingerichtet. Besonders begeistert hat uns das unglaublich freundliche und aufmerksame Personal ein großes Dankeschön an Herrn Pablo für den tollen Service! Das Frühstück war sehr lecker und vielseitig, und die Zimmer waren einfach wunderschön. Wir würden das Hotel auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen und kommen gerne wieder!

Hotel Bendinat in Mallorca is one of those rare gems that feels like a home away from home. Having stayed here multiple times over the years, I can confidently say that it offers a perfect blend of understated luxury, Mediterranean charm, and tranquility. The location is simply unbeatable—perched right on the coastline, with stunning views of the turquoise waters of the Bay of Palma. Waking up to the sound of the waves and having breakfast on the terrace overlooking the sea is something I look forward to every time I visit. The hotel’s lush gardens, with their towering palm trees and cozy lounge areas, create an atmosphere of total relaxation. The rooms are elegantly designed in a classic Mediterranean style, with whitewashed walls, wooden accents, and large windows that let in plenty of natural light. Many of them come with private terraces, perfect for unwinding with a glass of wine in the evening. While the décor is timeless, the hotel has managed to maintain a fresh and well-kept feel over the years. One of the highlights of every stay is dining at Las Terrazas de Bendinat, the hotel’s restaurant. Sitting right by the sea, it offers some of the best seafood dishes on the island. Their paella and grilled fish are a must-try, and the service is always warm and attentive. There’s nothing quite like enjoying a long, leisurely lunch with a view of the shimmering water. Boutique design hotel for a reasonable price. It’s next to the beach and lots restaurants and bars nearby. The food offered by the hotel is delicious.

Amazing Hotel, Very welcoming staff.  Room are small especially the shower but can’t let this spoil the rest of the hotel.  Breakfast choice and quality was one of the best for a buffet offering.

Nice hotel, good location, nice breakfast, pool bar good food and service. Only downside, maid only came once in a 4 night stay.

The apartments are well appointed in Santa Ponsa just a short walk from the bay and restaurants. I was welcomed by the night manager who was very helpful. The apartment was clean and well equipped. I have no issues with the 'front of house' experience. But, I question the company's ability to rationalise a dispute fairly. I was there for 2 nights only, visiting for a special occasion. When I returned from eating after a long day I was locked out of my room and the night manager couldn't gain access with his pass key. He kindly arranged another room for me but all my belongings were locked in the other room. I was due to be picked up the following morning for a trip into Palma, but missed the opportunity as I had to stay to wait for my belongings. They had to break into the room to access my stuff. The company's view towards my compensation was that they gave me another room so that's all they were prepared to offer, well I should hope they did give me another room I'd paid for it. I can't be bothered to take this any further to be honest, but be mindful if you're staying here and you have medication in your room, for example.

Mój śniadanie było wliczone w czasie pobytu i jak im powiedziałem, żeby zapakowali śniadanie, ponieważ wychodzę wcześnie rano przed rozpoczęciem ich śniadania. Obiecali mi, że dadzą nam kanapki i inne powiązane przedmioty, a oni dają nam niezdrowe i złe ciasteczka i wafers. Nie sprawdziłem nawet, bo im ufam. Ale kiedy to zobaczyłem, byłem w szoku i zadzwoniłem do hotelu i oni odpowiedzieli, że nic o tym nie wiedzą. Jak śmieszne!! Byłem naprawdę rozczarowany.

This is our 2nd trip to this hotel. It’s now on a B&B only ( we had half board last year) with the breakfast served across the road in a restaurant with the best views across the bay! Great selection of food and drinks.  The man on reception is super helpful and friendly even at 11.45pm!  Lovely small hotel with a small pool Comfy beds and the balcony is spacious with an area to dry towels etc.  The hotel offers towels for rent but we bought one for €5 in the supermarket next door.  Cleaned every day and cleaned well.  Lots of restaurants and shops close by.  The fabulous beach is a 10minute stroll, with a massive supply of sun beds ( €20.50 a day for 2 beds under a fixed umbrella and an attached safety box)  We will definitely go back to Playas del Rey
