I had a wonderful stay with my little one. The staff were very attentive from the moment we arrived and so patient when I had an issue checking in. My daughter also took part in a cake decorating class during our stay and she thoroughly enjoyed. The pool was quite large for hotels in Beijing, and the gym met needs. Yael on the front desk, Andy for in room dining, Paolo and the team at Dacappo restaurant made our stay comfortable down to the last detail. The breakfast had enough choice, and the in-room dining portions were generous. We will be recommending to friends, but will also come back again 😃

I booked this hotel for my parents to stay in. They were amazed by the quality of the facilities, and the price is really cheap for this kind of hotel. I would definitely recommend this hotel with its unique and interesting architecture and decor, and the location could not be better for touring Beijing. The breakfast was amazing.

Stayed here previously in 2021 and the hotel was immaculate and the service was amazing. This trip I was excited to stay again but I was disappointed with the smell of smoke on our floor and in our room. Following my complaint to reception we were moved to a different floor and our room upgraded. The cleanliness was lacking and the room was a little grubby in places. The food was ok but I feel the attention to detail wasn’t the same as our previous visit. Previously we stayed in December and we were left snacks each day with notes from reception with tips for our stay and we were given a small Xmas gift on departure as a keep sake, it was a nice touch. I don’t feel the hotel price tag matches the experience. Disappointed 😔

Good points: the staff are very friendly and helpful. 1 of them even offer to add wechat if we need assistance with booking Didi (taxi/car) or where to go to buy things/food for baby. Bad points: in trip.com app mentioned there's steriliser for baby, but reach hotel they don't have at all. Trip.com also mentioned welcome drink, kids toiletries etc, there's none at all provided by the hotel. Trip.com should update the details & dont mislead customers. And our room is compact (see photo), not spacious at all like the pictures displayed in the app. We were given don't know what view is that (looks like back view of the hotel that facing some residents place) at level 7. Hotel doesn't switch on aircon when the weather outside is cold, hence we had to call concierge to help open the window. The room feels stuffy. We start to have some itchiness & redness after wake up from bed. Please check if your bed/bedsheet is clean. Overall, we are disappointed with the room.

This hotel is very clean and well Managed. I had no issues from beginning to end. The only thing was room service did not bring cutlery with my meal. But everything els was 1000%. Great Hotel! Will certainly be back. The only complaint I have is with the details of my package. This was very misleading and not accurate at all. This amazing package was actually just club access and had no special value.

Quite near to 王府井 and the forbidden city. We take a taxi to forbidden city. At night, we ride the bike to nearby tourist spots. I ride a bike to 北海公園 in the morning. There was a 東來順 restaurant near the hotel which serves breakfast with traditional beijing food. Their bun and noodle is excellent. You may have a try if you want something local for breakfast

Since the courtyard house is located in an alley, it is not convenient to take a taxi, so we dragged our suitcases through two alleys and found the location faster than expected, but it was also more secretive than expected. We didn't have a key to the door, so we had to press the door every time we entered. As soon as you open the door, you will reach the lobby of the B&B, which is also where you check in. The door is not big, but it is warm and tidy. We moved a little and opened the small door, and we saw a square courtyard. There should be more than 10 rooms in the entire courtyard, each with its own characteristics. Our room is at the innermost part of the courtyard. This section is also square and square. I am very satisfied with the rooms in the Beijing courtyard. The design is very interesting. I slept in three types of rooms for three days. I like this one the best. It is independent and has its own space. However, each room has its own characteristics, the room is automated, clean and tidy. The most important thing is that the service is excellent. The handwritten welcome card makes a good impression. The guests' requests are always responsive and the response is timely. The biggest feature is the all-day beef noodles and wontons. The afternoon tea is also very thoughtful every day, as well as marshmallows, pear soup and fruit tea. All in all, great! I will choose here again next time I come to Beijing

I came to Beijing with my parents and children. After choosing a hotel for a long time, I finally chose to live in a hutong. It is very characteristic of Beijing. If you didn't live here, you wouldn't go out of your way to go shopping in the hutongs. It was quite interesting. The hotel room is quite spacious, the breakfast and lunch are delicious, the environment is good, and the service staff are very enthusiastic. It really feels good. If I have the opportunity to come to Beijing again, I will choose to come back!

My sister and I stayed in this hotel for 3 nights from 22 Dec to 25 Dec 2023. All the staff are professional, friendly, warm, and engaging. Special shout out to the front desk staff, Luna Liu for her proactiveness in going the extra mile to make our stay here more delightful. I also want to mention about the male staff at the door. I forget to ask for his name. He is always wearing a smile and greet us politely. Definitely would stay here again when I visit Beijing.

The location of Park Plaza is excellent, just one minute walk to the nearest subway station (Dengshikou station Exit C). Walking to different attractions such as Forbidden City and Wangfujing shopping areas is also easy. The room is spacious and comfortable. The hotel service is good and the breakfast buffet has sufficient variety with both western and Asian cuisines. Something to note is that we found the room to be rather warm on return from a day out. The air-con was set at 27 degC couldn’t be varied. The outside temperature during our stay was between 5 degC at night and 20 degC in daytime. The hotel management informed us that it was government regulation to save energy. To assist, the management provided us a large room fan. That and opening the side windows helped tremendously to lower the temperature. Overall, we enjoyed our stay in this hotel and highly recommend it.

Excellent location, great customer service. Would like to thanks to the staff, Miss 王晨，she help us to buy summer palace ticket. When i forgot my pocket in the lobby, miss 王晨 and team kept it safely until i back to the hotel. She is fast response even when she is off duty. Made our stay very pleasant.

The location of the hotel is great. It's right next to Wangfujing Street and less than a hundred meters away from the subway station. It's really friendly to us with our luggage. Convenient to all major attractions. The room is very spacious, the bathroom is clean and very convenient to use. There are various types of Chinese and Western food for breakfast. The staff were very considerate and attentive, especially the handsome guys who were so thoughtful and gave us a lot of help. I will definitely stay here again next time I come.

We stayed at the hotel for five days, and everything was great. The breakfast was particularly good; even if you prefer Western food over Chinese, you will find something delicious to eat. The location is also awesome, especially if you’re in Beijing for the first time. Additionally, the hotel offers a well-equipped laundry room that guests can use for free. However, if you have a lot of baggage, there might not be enough space to accommodate everything. In that case, consider booking a bigger room. The staff doesn’t speak English, but I used Google Translate, and they were happy to assist me

Stay away! The saving grace came from Trip.com which enabled me to terminate our booking without penalty. Awful garbage smell in the room. We checked in at 1am due to late flight arrival. Upon entering the room we we’re concerned about a strange smell in the room. We thought it would go away so we just opened the window. It was late we decided we would ignore the smell but by 6.30 am we couldn’t ignore the foul smell anymore. So we wrote to trip.com to terminate our booking. By 9am we’re ready to check out. At the checkout counter the staff was gracious and friendly and she said our booking was terminated at our request. Just too many faults with this hotel room. Chair needs to be replaced. It easily toppled backwards. Toilet door can’t completely closed. Not sufficient electrical outlets to plug your devices. Curtains are dirty. No hooks in toilet. Only positive staff was friendly.

Amazing apartment with plenty of room for relaxing and great staff and services. Staffs are very willing to help and friendly, especially Xia who had helped us to book our tours and solve some of our problems. It is close to subway ( about 8 minutes walk) and conveniently located within walking distance to a few well known eateries. The only small problem is that our apartment located just above some empty stores that are undergoing renovation so from 8am to 6pm everyday there's banging and construction noises. This brings dusts everywhere and I recommend the cleaners to not just vacuum the rooms but also mop the floors as well to remove all dusts collected during the constructions.

The room space and layout are exactly the same as the hotel's promotion. I was worried about the hotel before I checked in, after all, everyone says that Beijing hotels have no service, poor hygiene, and small area. But I was surprised after checking in. Two beds can sleep a family of four without any problem. The transportation is also convenient, close to Tiananmen Square. There is a Qingfeng steamed bun shop on the left when you go out, which solves the breakfast problem.

I'm very satisfied with Boss Ao's help in upgrading my house. The house is very nice. When the curtains are opened, there are alleys and trees. It's really atmospheric in autumn and winter. The transportation is very convenient. It's a three- to four-minute walk next to the subway station. The Shen Dian Beef Noodles are delicious. 711 and FamilyMart convenience stores. Yes, there is also Daoxiang Village. You can walk to Wangfujing. It is only an hour from Daxing Airport and about 10 minutes to Tiananmen Square. The only drawback is that the sound insulation is not very good. Everything else is good
