Hotele w: Wukesong/Shougang Industrial Heritage Park, Pekin

The hotel is ok, no robots to send take out to the room, so you have to come all the way down and pick them up outside in the cold from a locker box. No way to adjust temperature in the room, so it was boiling hot and the only way to cool down is to open the window and let the subzero air coming in!

整體體驗非常好。酒店位置便利，距離地鐵站步行僅五分鐘，周邊餐廳選擇也多。前台辦理入住效率高，工作人員態度親切。 房間比想象中寬敞，裝修是現代簡約風格，乾淨整潔。床品舒適，枕頭有軟硬兩種可選，這點很貼心。隔音效果不錯，夜間安靜。衞生間乾濕分離，水壓充足，熱水來得快。

The location is convenient, close to subway station, grocery stores, restaurants and the mall. The room is very clean and the staff are very professional and friendly. Wished there were more options for breakfast. Will stay in the hotel again.

To był mój trzeci pobyt w hotelu Hualuxe Beijing Southwest (wcześniej zatrzymywałem się w Hualuxe Nanjing Yangtze River Hotel i Hualuxe Shenzhen Bao'an Jingji Hotel). Ogólnie rzecz biorąc, hotele Hualuxe są całkiem dobre; odzwierciedlają integrację chińskich elementów przez InterContinental Hotels Group, a same hotele są stosunkowo nowe, otwarte po 2020 roku. Hotel Hualuxe Beijing Southwest znajduje się w dzielnicy Wukesong na zachodzie, w lokalizacji mniej atrakcyjnej niż niektóre na wschodzie, ale cena jest rozsądna, a sam hotel całkiem przyjemny. Centrum fitness jest również dość duże, z dużą ilością sprzętu do ćwiczeń. Moim głównym zarzutem dotyczącym obsługi jest personel lobby! Mam nadzieję, że hotel potraktuje tę kwestię poważnie i poprawi jakość szkoleń: 1. Podczas rezerwacji hotelu wspomniano, że w cenę wliczone są dwie kawy na wynos, ale daty były bardzo dyskretnie podane i w ogóle ich nie widziałem. Co więcej, ta korzyść w ogóle nie została wspomniana podczas zameldowania, co jest niedopuszczalne. W innych hotelach InterContinental Hotels Group, w których wcześniej się zatrzymywałem, podobne korzyści były zawsze jasno wyjaśniane przez recepcję, ale ten hotel zupełnie o nich nie wspomniał. 1. Recepcja nie poinformowała nas o lokalizacji centrum fitness podczas zameldowania; proces zameldowania był bardzo prosty. 2. Obsługa personelu lobby lounge wymaga poprawy, co było frustrujące podczas chińskiego Nowego Roku. Zamówiliśmy dwie kawy na dowóz i chcieliśmy chwilę posiedzieć w lobby lounge. Wiedząc, że siedzenie w lobby wymaga zakupu, zamówiliśmy specjalnie ciasto. Jednak kelner wyraźnie widział nas tam siedzących i dał nam tylko widelec! Co za bezmyślność! Jak ich wyszkolono? Nawet w zwykłych cukierniach tak się nie zachowują; to naprawdę niezrozumiałe. 3. Po tym, jak zobaczyliśmy, że zamówiliśmy dwie kawy, personel lobby ciągle powtarzał, że nie możemy ich tam wypić. Zamówiłem już tort i siedziałem tam; co oni próbowali zrobić? Czy chcieli mnie wyrzucić? Nie mieli absolutnie żadnej inteligencji emocjonalnej. Obciążyli mnie opłatą, a potem próbowali mnie wyprosić? Utknęliśmy tam na całe dziesięć sekund, zanim wyszliśmy, a potem podpisałem oświadczenie. Chcę zapytać, skoro wiedzieli, że tak się stanie, dlaczego nie przynieśli mi go wcześniej? Po co tak frustrować? Dokonałem zakupu, a takie zachowanie podczas chińskiego Nowego Roku jest naprawdę denerwujące. Personel lobby zasługuje na poważną krytykę! 4. Wszystko inne było w porządku. Concierge pomógł nam z bagażem, a personel siłowni również był bardzo pomocny.

This small hotel is near the subway station, also has a little courtyard. There is a local bakery shop nearby where I bought breakfast. They also provide breakfast, but I did not try. The air filter and conditioning system seems quite helpful to clean up the potential cigarette smoke from the walkway outside. The bed is comfortable, and sheets are clean. The hotel provided free drinkable water and pop drink. Overall, good choice of hotels, better than many other even 4-star hotels.

因為靠近首師大，也是周邊最好的酒店了，房間中規中矩，乾乾淨淨，安安靜靜，價格基本500+-800多不等，浮動不大，不過因為是廣東駐京辦經常沒房，一樓有平價茶餐廳，二樓高檔粵菜適合招待，經常入住，適合商務，親子就算了，酒店應該沒有其他什麼遊樂設施了。

Extremely satisfied with our short getaway experience in Western Beijing! From the moment we checked in, Yolanda, the receptionist, was beautiful, enthusiastic, and lovely. She was very patient in pointing out important details since I was checking in with two elderly people. Thumbs up! 👍 The hotel environment is super comfortable, perfect for family and friends gatherings. The location is excellent, making it incredibly convenient to explore the vast Shougang Park. All attractions are just a short distance from the hotel. The room was clean and tidy, and the housekeeping service was prompt, thoughtful, and patient. 👏 I'll definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit! ✌️

The entire staff were quite attentive and warm. This was especially the case for  employee #000, whole provided service that went above and beyond. Whatever I needed for the night was provided; including food from a nearby restaurant. I am especially for her and the others that made our stay most hospitable.
